★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il palazzo Chiaramonte, ubicato in via Saverio Landolina 8 accanto al Palazzo Interlandi - Salonia , è uno dei più antichi di Ortigia. È stato costruito nel 1300 dalla potente famiglia nobile dei Chiaramonte. La facciata del palazzo, ampiamente rimaneggiata, si presenta in stile misto con parte barocca e gotica. Il portale d' ingresso del Palazzo è ad arco cuspidato e nella parte sinistra di esso è posta una finestra a bigotta , la parte superiore presenta quarto balconi barocchi, decorati con mensoloni e travoni recanti bassorilievi geometrici decorativi, accanto ai quali vi sono finestrelle quadrate.
 Palazzo Chiaramonte, located in via Saverio Landolina 8 next to Palazzo Interlandi - Salonia, is one of the oldest in Ortigia. It was built in 1300 by the powerful noble family of the Chiaramonte. The facade of the building, extensively remodeled, is in mixed style with the Baroque and Gothic parts. The entrance portal of the Palace is cuspidate arched and in the left part of it there is a bigot window, the upper part has fourth baroque balconies, decorated with corbels and beams bearing decorative geometric bas-reliefs, next to which there are square windows.
