β β β β β It is hard to figure out where to look, either the phenomenal ruins or the views of the city at the bottom of the hill. Definitely worth the visit and the light climbing. The remains of vast buildings give the visitor a good sense of the power amassed by the ruling class of the Roman Empire. Not much on way of signage but additional information about each specific building is a shirt search away.

β β β β β You can enter Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum with the same ticket as for the Coliseum. It is quite big so it needs a few hours in order to fully explore it. It offers great view of the Roman Forum. There are museums, gardens and fountains to see. Arrange to visit on a day with sunny weather!

β β β β β One of the places which must visit everybody who has opportunity to be in Rome. Is just 5 minutes of walking from Colosseo but it is a real history of the beginning of Rome. On of the oldest and one of most important in Rome that time. Architecture is so amazing. For the first time is good to have a local tour guide who can say a few words about.

β β β β β The Roman forum is just as breathtaking and just as inspiring as the Romans that built them. Visiting here is a walk through human history. By all means When in Rome do whatever Romans do and visit the Forum at least once in your life!

β β β β β Had a wonderful tour here. Definitely recommend Crown Tours. The grounds were amazing and the view was spectacular. A must see if you are on Rome. The history and the view is absolutely worthwhile.

β β β β β So much history in there, it's impressive. There was quite long queue but it worth it. Great to visit at the same time of the Coliseum and I recommend 100% to get a guide tour, otherwise you might miss so much information.

β β β β β Another location you must check out when you visit Rome. Our ticket purchase for the colosseum included both the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum, so we stopped here before entering the colosseum. Great historical area where you can read about different aspects of the place. On top of the hill you can get great photos of the entire region. A must see if you love history.

β β β β β Tickets needed to be purchased online at the time of our visit. We got combined tickets with the Colosseum, but entry to Palatine Hills itself is free. Be careful not to exit by accident before seeing the whole place, because the ticket can only be used once. The guys at the entrance were nice enough to make an exception for us!
