★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy that nobody told us about super ticket in advance. We made it all the way there to see it And we were not allowed. When I came to Italy a few years ago it was not open also there was no thing such as the super ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved this experience. Along with the House of Livia. You have to purchase a super ticket and then book the separate tours via Coop Culture. A bit confusing ... go to the Coop Culture site and you can get all the tickets in the one location. The super ticket gets you in to the Palentine museum, Palentine Hill and The Forum.
The tours of the houses are truly amazing. Just the feeling that you are walking through the lives of the past.. Loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably my #1 most treasured experience in Rome. Incredible that the lavishly decorated house of the Emperor has been preserved- the frescos are absolutely incredible. There is a multimedia presentation also. You need to book a visit for this but it is free. I could go there 100 times ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Analysing pictures on Google maps I was sure I can enter the rooms of house of Augustus. You actually have to watch them through windows and it's not easy to see them during the sunny day.
Edit:
Now I know that most parts of the house are closed dure covid. Better visit that place after covid then.
