Oggi ho fatto il mio periodico trattamento alla cheratina e sono felicissima!! I miei capelli sono tornati lucenti, setosi e pieni di vita. Il taglio di Mariella è fantastico, il colore di Jose meraviglioso!! I prodotti che usano e consigliano sono il top!! La cura e la passione che ciascuno di loro mette in campo ogni giorno ti fa sentire accolta e coccolata. Ottimi anche i tagli da uomo: i miei figli e mio marito ormai sono clienti fissi come me! I parrucchieri del centro li ho provati praticamente tutti, questa volta mi è capitata Mariella. Che dire, una persona bellissima che sa metterti a tuo agio e sa fare più che bene il suo lavoro. La cura al dettaglio, l'empatia e l'ascolto sono le qualità che ogni volta che devo tagliare i capelli mi fanno scegliere Opera. Parlando di cose tecniche, mi sono fatta taglio piega e trattamento alla cheratina. Il trattamento dura un po' ma il risultato è fantastico. È la seconda volta che lavo i capelli e devo dire che del mio solito crespo non c'è traccia pur avendo mantenuto il mio mosso naturale. Anche del taglio sono super soddisfatta, Mariella è riuscita a capire esattamente cosa volevo. Ho approfittato durante la mia giornata di relax per farmi anche la ceretta ai baffetti e devo dire che sono soddisfatta anche della cura e gentilezza della loro estetista. Centro curato e pulito, insomma... Affidatevi a Operá e non ve ne pentirete, i vostri capelli ringrazieranno! Gentile, precisa nel lavoro e disponibile. Prezzo che ritengo corretto per il servizio offerto e per essere in centro a Milano.
