Lorenzo è stato molto attento e professionale nei miei confronti ,con molta pazienza mi ha spiegato i vari tipi di trattamento e consigliato il migliore per il mio tipo di capello ,ha saputo ASCOLTARE E SODDISFARE le mie esigenze al 100%. Per non parlare dei loro prodotti di alta qualità e naturali (per una allergica al nichel come me è stata una cosa essenziale e più che gradita ) Il resto del personale gentilissimo e attenti alla clientela per non parlare del locale grande bello ma soprattutto pulito!!!!! Ci vorrebbero più saloni come questi a Milano . Bravi ragazzi sicuramente ci tornerò . A presto Teresa S. This afternoon I went to this salon for the first time. Super positive experience. Lorenzo was very attentive and professional towards me, with a lot of patience he explained to me the various types of treatment and recommended the best one for my hair type, he was able to LISTEN AND SATISFY my needs 100%. Not to mention their high quality and natural products (for a nickel allergic like me it was essential and more than welcome) The rest of the staff were very kind and attentive to customers not to mention the large, beautiful but above all clean room !!!!! We would need more salons like these in Milan. Good guys I will definitely be back. See you soon Teresa S.
E	Elena Ottolenghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti gentili ma peccato che sia un po' caro, hanno sbagliato il colore lo hanno rifatto ma non mi hanno invogliato a tornare nemmeno un buono omaggio per scusarsi o appunto per gentilezza sono cose che chi lavora nel commercio le fa e il cliente gradisce.. Tempi duri per tutti... La clientela va soddisfatta... So di essere solo un numero che direte se non torna... Arriva un altro ma uno in più non fa male.... Meno moda più sostanza! All kind but it's a pity it's a bit expensive, they got the color wrong, they redid it but they didn't encourage me to return even a gift certificate to apologize or just out of kindness are things that those who work in the trade do and the customer likes .. Hard times for everyone ... Customers must be satisfied ... I know I'm just a number that you will say if they don't come back ... Another one arrives but one more doesn't hurt .... Less fashion more substance!

Non ci tornerò mai più e non lo consiglierò a nessuno. The worst fold (or not fold) of my life for ONLY 65 EUROS. My hair was more in order when I went in than when I went out. I will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone.
