 I've only been going to them for 12 years. The best you can find; nowhere else are you so well followed for cut, color, treatments and ... breakfast / snack / aperitif. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is nice, the team is friendly but I've long hair and the feeling I've had is that they are better at cutting short hair than dealing with long hair..aka it will take me months to go back to a decent shape ?Considering they're quite popular (thanks to a bunch of bloggers in Milan as clients) I' d suggest to open a club rather than cutting hair next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable by repeatedly asking me if they could take a photo of my finished haircut for their Instagram, even though I declined politely several times. She then asked another employee come over to try to talk me into taking a photo, after I had said no to her 3-4 times already.
I found that very unprofessional for such a high end salon, it made me feel cheap even though I paid 120€ to get my hair cut.
In addition to this experience, after I washed my hair I realised that my fringe was completely uneven, with a piece of hair being about 1-2 cm longer than the rest of the fringe. A friend of mine who went there also got an uneven cut. I didn’t contact them to get it fixed as I didn’t want to talk to the rude receptionist again.
