★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivata neanche il saluto ,non mi chiedono cosa devo fare ne nulla ,capisco siano molto occupate e che lo spazio sia piccolo ma almeno a primo impatto devi dire qualcosa e guadagnarti il cliente ,nuovo o vecchio che sia . Sono uscita senza dire nulla nessuno mi chiesto qualcosa senza parole .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato mercoledì scorso per il giovedì cioè l’indomani, alle 9.30 per colore e piega e la persona con cui avevo preso la prenotazione mi aveva assicurato che in un’ora e mezzo , massimo 2 , avrei terminato.
Messa la tinta, che sarebbe dovuta essere in posa per 40 min. Nel frattempo l’unica persona che c’era e che lavorava ha preso un altro appuntamento e si è dedicato a quest’ultimo quindi la posa è durata oltre un’ora. Sforata oramai l’ora e mezza, doveva ancora lavare i capelli, asciugarli e fare la piega.
Sono dovuta uscire con i capelli bagnati legati da un elastico.....per nulla professionali , mai più andrò
