★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Presunzione e supponenza la fanno da padrone, zero ospitalità (non dico 2 coccole, anche se te le aspetti dal parrucchiere), morta dal freddo. Sono uscita completamente bionda..in settimana vado a rimediare, spendendo altri soldi. Ah dimenticavo, il mio era un groupon...credo loro non gradiscano, quindi sarebbe meglio non aderire.
Non invento nulla, e visto che sono entrata alle 9.15 e sono uscita alle 12.45...era davvero impossibile chiedere di rimediare, sarei uscita alle 16.00. Ero con mia madre, un freddo pazzesco e zero calore umano!
 Bad experience. Presumption and arrogance are the masters, zero hospitality (I do not say 2 pampering, even if you expect them from the hairdresser), dead from the cold. I came out completely blonde .. during the week I'm going to make up for it, spending more money. Oh I forgot, mine was a groupon ... I think they don't like it, so it would be better not to join.
I don't invent anything, and since I entered at 9.15 and went out at 12.45 ... it was really impossible to ask for a remedy, I would have gone out at 16.00. I was with my mother, crazy cold and zero human warmth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito di questo parrucchiere dopo aver acquistato un buono su groupon e posso dire che mi sono trovata molto bene. Nonostante a causa del traffico sono arrivata in ritardo sono stati gentili e veloci. Hanno eseguito un degrade e poi mi hanno fatto una bella piega.
Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò!
I used this hairdresser after purchasing a coupon on groupon and I can say that I found myself very well. Although due to the traffic I arrived late they were kind and fast. They did a degrade and then they gave me a nice turn.
I recommend it and I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile!! Mi hanno chiesto di pagare cash o pure dovevo aspettare 6 settimane per un appuntamento. Ho accettato ma poi mi hanno richiamato con grande mal educazione per dirmi “non gli facciamo l’appuntamento, non comprare su Groupon”. E hanno chiuso la conversazione senza spiegazioni e saluti. Grotesque per un business del genere. Ho vissuto 15 anni a New York e sono scioccata di vedere come si fanno trattare i clienti da questo business! Sconsiglio grandemente. Una vergogna.
Terrible!! They asked me to pay cash or even had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. I accepted but then they called me back with great rudeness to tell me "don't make the appointment, don't buy on Groupon". And they ended the conversation without explanation and greetings. Grotesque for such a business. I lived 15 years in New York and am shocked to see how this business is treating customers! I strongly advise against it. A shame.

Mi è stato spiegato nel dettaglio come sarebbe avvenuto il balaiaje sul mio tipo di capello già molto chiaro, e il risultato è stato ottimo.
I bought a coupon with haircut, coloring, shampoo and styling on Groupon for € 49. The service was fast and efficient and the staff very friendly. It was explained to me in detail how the balaiaje would take place on my already very light type of hair, and the result was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice hair salon ? from the beginning they wash your hair with natural cosmetics (shampoo, mask) which perfectly fits your skin type on head. While your hair gets treated, you get amazing relaxing massage ?
I will not forget about healthy smoothie for the inside treatment ?
Amazing hair cut that took me to heaven was made with master hands!! I’m just in love and that’s exactly what I wanted.
