Mi sono sentita capita già dal momento in cui ho preso l'appuntamento telefonicamente. In salone sono stata subito messa a mio agio e con estrema professionalità e ascolto hanno trovato la soluzione perfetta per me! Tornerò presto, non ho nessun dubbio! I just left the salon and I feel satisfied and happy! I fall into the "difficult customers" category so I started with a lot of suspicion. I felt understood from the moment I made the appointment by phone. In the salon I was immediately put at ease and with extreme professionalism and listening they found the perfect solution for me! Lei è bravissima, professionale, simpatica ed efficiente, una vera coccola in queste giornate di lockdown. Consigliatissima. Tornerò sicuramente. At Anna's I cut my hair. I had never been there but I found myself very well. She is very good, professional, nice and efficient, a real cuddle in these lockdown days. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back.

Anna è molto esperta conosce le tecniche, i prodotti, i capelli e soprattutto sa come prendersi cura dei clienti, con una parola cortese e un sorriso che si nota anche sotto la mascherina. Anna è anche un ottimo insegnante per i ragazzi che frequentano il salone in stage, per loro ha sempre una parola di incoraggiamento e un occhio attento. Sono molto felice di aver scoperto Hair Fashion.
