Super soddisfatta del lavoro svolto, della cordialità e della professionalità che ho riscontrato. Consiglio vivamente, Rosy è riuscita a realizzare esattamente ciò che volevo, cosa che non mi era mai successa prima ?
I arrive in the salon desperate following a completely wrong do-it-yourself dye, Rosy finds the right solution for me and knows how to impeccably advise me on every intervention to be done to return to having a perfect color! Super satisfied with the work done, the friendliness and professionalism that I found. I highly recommend, Rosy managed to accomplish exactly what I wanted, which has never happened to me before ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentilezza e attenzione verso le necessità del cliente sono ciò che mi ha convinta a tornare in questo salone, uno dei pochi in cui mi sia trovata pienamente a mio agio. Il taglio a regola d arte nonché il trattamento all ossigeno hanno dato nuova vita ai miei capelli sfibrati, adesso lucenti e lisci!
Kindness and attention to customer needs are what convinced me to return to this salon, one of the few in which I have found myself fully at ease. The state of the art cut and the oxygen treatment have given new life to my brittle hair, now shiny and straight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che sono cliente da anni, e premesso anche che sono arrivato con 25 minuti di ritardo, ma non ho affatto gradito il trattamento al desk. A parte scoprire che avevo avvisato del ritardo tramite il canale sbagliato, e quindi a loro nulla risultava...potevano trovare una soluzione invece che rimbalzarmi come invece hanno fatto...del resto dovevo solo aggiustare il taglio corto, e potevo tranquillamente saltare il lavaggio e la piega...senza contare che io ho sempre aspettato senza batter ciglio quando arrivavo e c'era un altro cliente che stava terminando...Non credo che ci tornerò, peccato perché mi trovavo bene, ma non mi aspettavo questo scivolone...
Given that I have been a customer for years, and also assuming that I arrived 25 minutes late, but I did not like the treatment at the desk at all. Apart from discovering that I had warned about the delay through the wrong channel, and therefore nothing was apparent to them ... they could find a solution instead of bouncing me as they did ... after all I just had to fix the short cut, and I could safely skip the washing and styling ... not to mention that I always waited without batting an eyelid when I arrived and there was another customer who was finishing up ... I don't think I'll be back, too bad because I was fine, but I didn't expect this slip ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un colore castano freddo dopo 7 giorni mi sono ritrovata i capelli arancioni! Pessimo servizio e pessima gestione dell’accaduto. Colore fatto l’8 aprile sono tornata a milano a fine aprile dopo Pasqua e il ponte del 25 aprile. Appuntamento fissato il 13 maggio chiedo di spostare e mi è stato detto che è passato troppo tempo, dunque non è più loro responsabilità! Assolutamente sconsigliato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ve been there 2 time - first one I have refresh the haircut with Giuseppe. I was very happy. he cut the hair according to my needs and desires. Very careful.
I came back ecouraged by the first experience. I ve met Francesca, very nice person but not so good hairdresser !!! I have asked 'mesh vary natural combined with my naturalcolor as a base'. Final result - I had a ZEBRA on my head!!!!!!!! not natural blonde not combined with my natural colour!!! I had platinum stripes.... with the haircut not right for my thin hair so now Im becoming crazy to brush them every morning.
