★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio post teatro hanno lasciato le persone per oltre 15 minuti ad aspettare nonostante vedessero che aumentava il numero di persone in fila sempre di più , ci hanno fatto pagare per 4 minuti un ora in più , hanno negato di avere una convenzione con il teatro, hanno avuto toni sgarbati nei confronti delle persone e non hanno emesso ricevute fiscali , con la scusa di non riuscire ad emetterla dopo la stampa del biglietto di uscita.
bad post theater service, they left people waiting for over 15 minutes even though they saw that the number of people lined up more and more, they made us pay for an extra 4 minutes, they denied having an agreement with the theater, have had rude remarks about people and have not issued tax receipts, with the excuse of not being able to issue it after the printing of the exit ticket.

Ciò che è molto grave è che non hanno il "pos" per bancomat e carte di credito e inoltre rilasciano scontrini NON FISCALI!
It costs 3 euros per hour (even if "overrun" for 1 minute) and even if it's expensive, at least they wrote it.
