IL CLIENTE NON è RISPETTATO Sono costretta a fare una recensione in quanto vorrei avvisare le persone che spesso capita,portando a lavare qualcosa, torni rovinata o il lavoro non viene svolto in maniera corretta. Riporto un paio di esempi: 1) un paio di pantaloni, comprati da poco, restituiti rotti 2) diversi pantaloni a cui è stata fatta la piega in maniera sbagliata ( diversamente da ciò che era stato richiesto) 3) QUESTO ESEMPIO è QUELLO CHE MI HA SPINTO A FARE LA RECENSIONE PER AVVISARVI: l'altro giorno ho portato la mia custodia del computer, di grande valore sia economico che soprattutto affettivo, a lavare in quanto sporca. Mi è stato detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi e non si sarebbe rovinata lavandola a secco e non si sarebbe corsi a nessun rischio. Certa della loro affermazione (dato che ne sanno più di me perché svolgono quel mestiere) mi fido e la faccio lavare. Al mio ritorno la custodia era peggio di prima, il colore interno era fuoriuscito all'esterno. La custodia ora non è più utilizzabile perché è peggio di prima. Andando a chiedere spiegazioni dell'accaduto il proprietario ha sostenuto che lavarla a secco era rischioso, negando ciò che aveva detto in precedenza e non c'è stato modo di discutere, neanche scusandosi e cercando di migliorare la situazione, e restituendo il costo del lavaggio CHANGE LAUNDRY .... THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RESPECTED I am forced to make a review as I would like to warn people that it often happens, leading to washing something, you come back ruined or the work is not done correctly. Here are a couple of examples: 1) a pair of pants, recently bought, returned broken 2) several pants that were incorrectly folded (unlike what was requested) 3) THIS EXAMPLE IS WHAT DRIVEN ME TO MAKE THE REVIEW TO NOTICE YOU: the other day I brought my computer case, of great economic and above all emotional value, to wash as it was dirty. I was told that there would be no problems and it would not be ruined by dry cleaning and we would not run at any risk. Certain of their affirmation (since they know more than me because they do that job) I trust and I have it washed. On my return the case was worse than before, the internal color had spilled out. The case is no longer usable because it is worse than before. Going to ask for explanations of the incident the owner claimed that dry cleaning was risky, denying what he had previously said and there was no way to discuss, not even apologizing and trying to improve the situation, and returning the cost of washing

Il proprietario è rimasto all'età della pietra (con tutte le sue assurde motivazioni legate alla Politica ed al suo Commercialista). Preferisco decisamente pagare il lavaggio di una camicia 0,10/0,20 cents in più ma avere la comodità di poter pagare sempre con il bancomat, senza dover (ogni volta) essere costretto ad ascoltare le sue noiose, fastidiose e petulanti lamentele. Dopo circa 10 anni, smetto di servirmi da lui. Fate lo stesso, così forse si troverà costretto a stare al passo con i tempi! In 2019, in Milan, it is unthinkable, unacceptable, and especially intolerable that you do not accept electronic payments. The owner remained in the stone age (with all its absurd reasons related to policy and its accountant). I definitely prefer to pay for the washing of a shirt 0.10 / 0.20 cents more but have the convenience of being able to always pay with the ATM, without having to (every time) be forced to listen to his boring, annoying and petulant complaints. Il caso più eclatante un tailleur di un noto stilista, mi è stato reso con la giacca stropicciata. Quando l'ho fatto notare hanno risposto che stando appeso veniva schiacciato dagli altri capi appesi a fianco e pronti alla consegna. Per loro andava bene così, ma ho preteso che mi stirassero la giacca nuovamente: si paga lavaggio&stiro e poi si deve andare a casa a stirarsi la giacca perchè loro le accumulano senza distanziarle? Finché si tratta di lavare i classici capi che si possono mettere anche in lavatrice tutto ok MA con degli indumenti un po' più delicati sono dei veri incompetenti: mi affido a loro per lavare un vestito di valore e quando lo ritiro, oltre ad essere scucito in alcuni punti, me lo ritrovo con delle macchie che non c'erano quando l'ho consegnato. Di fronte ai miei reclami, anziché cercare di trovare una soluzione, reagiscono con sarcasmo e completo disinteresse! LA SCONSIGLIO Very bad experience! Mi hanno anche risolto un problema con una camicia che si era macchiata con un olio industriale. La dimostrazione della bontà del servizio comunque non é la mia recensione, ma il continuo e numeroso via vai di persone che utilizzano i servizi di questa attività. Super consigliato. I have been using this laundry room for many years. Extremely knowledgeable staff, fair prices and speed. They also solved a problem with a shirt that was stained with an industrial oil. The proof of the goodness of the service, however, is not my review, but the continuous and numerous comings and goings of people who use the services of this activity. Super recommended.
