★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's see. We dropped a load of clothes just for cleaning, not ironing. They did come back clean. But not folded, not completely dry, and our whites are now tinged blue. Our Italian is not bad. We made it clear that they should do a load of darks and a load of lights and they understood this. You would think a laundry would understand that you have to separate lights and darks. 30 Euros. So much for trying to save some money by not using the hotel laundry service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a beautiful cream sweater on my trip to Milan and within the first day got a big orange stain on the sleeve. I went into this dry cleaner very upset and he asked me to leave it with him for 3 days so he could try every idea he had for getting it out. He walked me through the process of each technique he'd use, reassured me that it was 70% possible to fix, was polite, friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk to. When I went back he gave me the sweater perfectly folded, fresh and with no hint of a stain. Such a relief! This is the best dry cleaners I've been too, and all of this effort for just 7 euros–an absolute bargain! Cannot recommend it enough.
