They probably use products that are scarce and too strong for washing. I have permanently ruined the collar and cuffs of 3 valuable shirts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due volte ho portato delle camicie e lavare e stirare qui...la prima volta una delle camicie era macchiata e la seconda hanno confuso due camicie e me ne hanno data una di un altro cliente! Oltre al fatto che le mie cose non erano pronte per l'orario indicatomi da loro...mai più!
Twice I brought shirts and wash and iron here ... the first time one of the shirts was stained and the second time they confused two shirts and gave me one from another customer! Besides the fact that my things were not ready for the time indicated by them ... never again!
