Mi hanno fatto prezzi differenti da quelli riportati sul listino prezzi, per un loro errore, aggiungendomi per giunta l’applicazione di prodotti che non avevo in alcun modo autorizzato e richiesto, azioni assolutamente punibili. Il consumatore ha il diritto di pagare quanto apportato sul listino prezzi e assolutamente è inammissibile che vengano applicati prodotti senza l’autorizzazione di chi acquista. Il venditore è allora costretto, SECONDO LA LEGGE e dunque secondo l’articolo 1336 del codice civile, a rimborsare al consumatore la differenza di prezzo rispetto al listino applicato, giusto o sbagliato che sia. Dopo averlo fatto notare, con arroganza mi hanno mandata via senza adempiere a quelli che sono gli obblighi della legge. State alla larga. I strongly advise against.
