Ho provato a contattarli diverse volte( da 10 giorni) per un intervento urgente, dove mi assicuravano di essere richiamato per un appuntamento, ad oggi ancora aspetto!!! Dopo l’ennesima chiamata, l’impiegata non mi ha chiesto nemmeno il mio recapito telefonico. Tutto ciò è assurdo e sinceramente posso dire che sono poco professionali!! Non ho parole A few years ago, I bought some windows and shutters, I can say that I was fine, until I had a problem with the shutter !!!!! I tried to contact them several times (for 10 days) for an urgent intervention, where they assured me to be called back for an appointment, to this day I still wait !!! L	Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono arrivato a Edisis tramite la Garofalo, in quanto volevo acquistare delle porte interne che mi piacevano molto e alla fine ho comprato tutto da loro (infissi esterni in pvc, laminato, zanzariere, porta blindata, tende da sole, tapparelle motorizzate, cassonetti coibentati), sia per la qualità assoluta dei prodotti che trattano, sia per l'elevata competenza del venditore nonché degli installatori (persone davvero precise nel loro lavoro). Ora che i lavori di ristrutturazione sono finiti devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, tanto da consigliare questa realtà dell'hinterland milanese ad altri clienti che dovessero ristrutturare la propria abitazione. L'azienda offre inoltre totale assistenza per le pratiche relative alle detrazioni fiscali e soprattutto un'assistenza post vendita in caso di problemi, che credo nessuno sul territorio garantisca. Now that the renovations are finished I have to say that I was very satisfied, so much so as to recommend this reality of the Milanese hinterland to other customers who had to renovate their homes. The company also offers total assistance for tax deduction practices and above all after-sales assistance in case of problems, which I believe nobody in the area guarantees.

Dopo aver scelto quelli più idonei alle mie necessità ho constato anche la professionalità e competenza del personale intervenuto per la sostostituzione. Successivamente ho cambiato anche le porte e il mio giudizio non è cambiato.Anche in questo caso ho riscontrato professionalità e competenza dall'acquisto all'esecuzione dei lavori. Consiglio vivemente.
