Ho sempre trovato grande serietà e competenza, ottimi consigli su come usare i loro tagli di carne. Acquisto prevalentemente carne ma hanno anche una spettacolare gastronomia e molto altro.
Mi spiace molto vedere commenti negativi su prezzi alti. In effetti il costo della carne è più alto della media ma vista la qualità (a mio avviso) sempre molto conveniente. Persino una semplice hamburger ha un sapore spettacolare. Da loro prendo (ormai da diversi anni) i tagli di carne per il brodo dei tortellini di Natale che è sempre venuto buonissimo (in questo caso merito della materia prima piuttosto che del cuoco).
Lo consiglio caldamente.

I have always found great seriousness and competence, excellent advice on how to use their cuts of meat. I mainly buy meat but they also have spectacular gastronomy and much more.
I am very sorry to see negative comments about high prices. In fact, the cost of meat is higher than average but given the quality (in my opinion) always very affordable. Even a simple hamburger tastes spectacular. From them I take (for several years now) the cuts of meat for the broth of the Christmas tortellini which has always come out very good (in this case thanks to the raw material rather than the cook).
I highly recommend it.

Good meat at salty prices, but "carelessness" (such as increasing the price per kilo by € 10 and forgetting the receipt) are a little too frequent. Be careful to do the right accounts

You know it's a v. expensive place.
But do they really need to steal also on the weight and price?.
I bought a 500g box of fresh pasta (see weight on the box) and they made me pay for 522g (see pic) because they added the weight of the box. This trick is really for shabby people.
