Mi hanno fatto in tempi brevi il sopralluogo e mi hanno mandato preventivo via email subito dopo.
Sono andato nei loro uffici per vedere automezzo da loro consigliato quindi ho siglato contrattino e dato anticipo.
Puntuali sono venuti con un mezzo diverso, più grande, abbastanza nuovo, con operatore esperto. Tutto è andato ok.
In sintesi ho trovato professionalità, precisione nei tempi, prezzi allineati ma con le dovute garanzie assicurative. Diffidate dei padroncini.

I contacted Only Rent srl because it was close to home. Already on the phone they gave me a good impression. Then I wrote an email with the detail of my reservation for a basket lift for gardening works.
They quickly inspected me and sent me a quote via email immediately afterwards.
I went to their offices to see the vehicle they recommended, so I signed a contract and gave an advance.
They came on time with a different, larger, fairly new vehicle, with an experienced operator. Everything went ok.
In summary, I found professionalism, precision in time, prices aligned but with the necessary insurance guarantees. Be wary of the owners.
