G	Gianluigi Rizzardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'auto andava bene ma il capo della filiale e' un cafone di prima categoria, nell'ufficio ci sono sempre persone strane che guardano i clienti entrare(probabilmente disoccupati), poca privacy. Per fortuna la dipendente ci ha aiutati e ha tenuto la situazione tranquilla. Lo sconsiglio altamente! La prossima volta noleggiamo l'auto in aeroporto a Palermo. The car was fine but the head of the branch is a peasant of the first category, in the office there are always strange people who watch the customers enter (probably unemployed), little privacy. Fortunately, the employee helped us and kept the situation quiet. I do not recommend it highly! Next time we rent the car at the airport in Palermo.

d	digno 78 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato un furgone a palermo per andare a firenze, avevamo richiesto il medio e gentilmente allo stesso prezzo ci hanno dato il maxi, molto precisi su controllare e fotografare i danni al furgone prima della consegna(cosa che altri non fanno x fregarvi), mi hanno mandato tutte le foto subito via email. Il furgone è veramente fighissimo e dotato di tutti i confort compreso la telecamera posteriore per la retromarcia cosa importantissima. Addetto alla consegna veramente gentile e professionale. Sicuramente se dovrò noleggiare un furgone o una macchina andrò da loro. Grazie di tutto david e rosi We rented a van in palermo to go to florence, we had requested the medium and kindly at the same price they gave us the maxi, very precise on checking and photographing the damage to the van before delivery (something that others do not do for you), I they emailed all the photos right away. The van is really cool and equipped with all comforts including the rear view camera for reversing which is very important. Really nice and professional delivery guy. Surely if I have to rent a van or a car I will go to them. Thanks for everything david and rosi

Noi abbiamo preso un furgoncino Mercedes Vito Tourer e ci siamo trovato benissimo. Super consigliato! Great service, very kind and helpful staff, great variety of vehicles at a good price. We took a Mercedes Vito Tourer van and we had a great time. Super recommended!

Parto ma l'aria condiziionata non funziona, perdo 1 ora tra il traffico, mi cambiano macchina, la persona di dimentica di darmi le chiavi per cui torno indietro un'altra volta. Presa la macchina per 6 giorni, mi trovo costretto a restituirla 2 gg in anticipo, per un grave lutto. Chiedo se possibile ottenere il rimborso per questi 2 gg, ma niente, la persona mi chiama e con una scortesia unica, mi dice che non è previsto nessun rimborso. Pessimi, affidatevi ad altri!!! I go to collect the car, they give me a higher category because mine is not available. I leave but the air conditioning does not work, I lose 1 hour in traffic, they change my car, the person forgets to give me the keys so I go back another time. Having taken the car for 6 days, I am forced to return it 2 days in advance, due to a serious bereavement. I ask if it is possible to get a refund for these 2 days, but nothing, the person calls me and with a single rudeness, tells me that there is no refund. Bad, rely on others !!!

There was no attempt to offer us insurences, which other companies in Palermo do. The car was almost new and very clean with no issues. Returning the car was also very fast and easy. I would always rent a car here again.
