Fanno firmare contratti di polizze che mai sono state richieste, dicendoti che é il contratto di noleggio (mezzo foglio del contratto sbiadito), mettono fretta per farti firmare ed infine prelevano i soldi alla fine del noleggio. Bravissimi a parole a fregare le persone. Scammers and dishonest thieves. Don't rely on this malagent. They have insurance contracts signed that have never been requested, telling you it's the rental agreement (half sheet of the faded contract), rushing to get you signed and finally withdrawing the money at the end of the rental. Very good in words at cheating people.

T	Tony I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver concordato e confermato per telefono tipo di autovettura condizioni e modalità sulle coperture assicurative..e quindi anche il prezzo, al desk il personale preposto riferisce di applicare un prezzo completamente diverso da quello comunicato vb e con l'obbligo della copertura casco. Oltre al disappunto..anche perdita di tempo! After having agreed and confirmed by telephone the type of car, conditions and methods on insurance coverage .. and therefore also the price, the staff in charge reports to the desk to apply a completely different price from the one communicated by vb and with the obligation of helmet coverage. In addition to disappointment .. even a waste of time!

Heureusement nous avions des photos de la voiture (et encore, il a fallu zoomer sur chaque partie de la voiture, et montrer la date de la photo). Perte de temps +++ , et vive la confiance en ses clients ! Lors de notre arrivée, voiture ne correspondant pas à celle louée sur le site. Levier de vitesse très abîmé, pas de lave glace ce qui était dangereux avec le soleil et la poussière de Sicile. Et voiture garée dans une rue à l'écart du parking, sans nous le préciser ni nous accompagner. Det gjorde att en påfyllning som skulle kostat runt EUR 16 enl löftet istället kostade EUR 98. Så lyssna inte på dem utan se till att lämna tillbaka bilen fulltankad. Good rental car and good prices .... unfortunately I made the mistake of relying on the oral info we received at the time of rental instead of getting through the written one. This meant that a refill that would have cost around EUR 16 according to the promise instead cost EUR 98. So do not listen to them but make sure to return the car fully refueled.

G	Guillaume BONADEI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Maggiore for a week with car pick up in Palermo and drop off in Catania. I picked up the car during weekdays in late afternoon and it went very fast. The employee at the counter spoke clear English and I didn't wait long to get my car. I also had a free vehicle upgrade since the category I booked was not available. The clerk explained the relationship with Rentcars.com especially with their insurance policy. It all made sense to me. Car drop off in Catania was quick and easy as well with a gentleman who spoke English as well. Three points that can be better : 1) There were no liquid for cleaning the glasses, hopefully I didn't need it much. 2) The oil pressure signal turned on the first few days. Went off when I restarted the car. Totally normal for the guy at Maggiore when I dropped off the car. But a warning in advance could be great if it's common. Just for peace of mind :) 3) They charge in advance the fuel charge in case you don't give the car back with a full tank. Never seen this in other agencies. I'm not very satisfied with this but didn't impact my overall experience. Maybe it can be bargained to not be applied when picking up the car. Hope this comment helps future users. It's not all bad buzz. Just always be careful on what you sign, check the car before and after you use it.
