That was not really great experience. First of all instead of Smart ForFour they give me Fiat Panda. You could say that's almost simular. But it's not. Instead of nice modern car, with good multimedia and robot gearbox I get an simple mechanic car in poorest version with simple FM tuner. In 2018. All that staff said to me "enjoy you two days of italian radio". But OK, let's say that's kinda my problem, if i want to use my stereo and my navigation. But as simple as that: they don't even clean the car after previous person. It was dirty inside and have some simple trash such as an empty bottle and some recepts inside. Needless to say, that it was pretty dusty inside. Highly recommend to avoid this service.

Had a GREAT experience here! Wonderful car, and they rented us a wifi device with charger for navigating and all our wifi needs for 7 devices! New service, love the car and a VERY helpful staff.

Rented car in Italy! It was missing a front plate. In the U S, 19 states do not require a front plate. I drive to Pennsylvania, Delaware all the time. I have family in Florida. These states do not require a front plate. Normal to me. Numerous calls were made to the office where we picked the vehiche up. (they are only open 9 to 12 and 4 to 7). They told us it wasn't possible that they gave us the vehicle without a front plate! That I shouldn't be calling them days later with this. Basically brushed us off and hung up!! Also made calls to the 800 #. (varies offices), Palermo,Catania airport offices etc.. No one was willing to help us. Passed on from one person to the next, we were hung up on a few times! Spent hours of our vacation trying to resolve this!! It wasn't a fun few days! I CAN GO ON WITH MUCH MORE! Then we receive a damage bill for almost $500. Which I had to investigate to find out it's for the missing plate. Numerous calls from the states, Emails . We had to pay it!! Add insult to injury. How should we feel?

Disastrous experience! We reserved a mid sized car. A few blocks after leaving, the car began to smoke and smell badly. It seemed as if it might even catch fire. We parked it and took a taxi back to the office. We were rudely accused of having abandoned the car. Finally, the manager went to pick up the vehicle. When he returned (after having experienced the car's condition) his tone changed (slightly) and he offered us another car --without the least apology. The result was we lost the day. When I wrote Europcar asking for an apology, I got a letter tight sounded like boilerplate. A shameless company, it would seem. By the way, not a case of cultural misunderstanding--my wife speaks fluent Italian!

Quick service to return the car and paperwork wrapped up fast. Staff speaks English, which is helpful

Simply avoid. Rented a basic Panda and upon arrival I was offered a 12 seat van as that was the only vehicle they had. Staff was really rude and arrogant saying 'we are offering you a car, we do not see a problem'I had to refuse it as obviously massive. They told me I will get full refund, however after over almost a month and numerous calls still waiting for my deposit back.

Not client friendly and very poor service. Poor indication. Google Maps shows the correct parking spot: you need to park there. We had to give back our rented car in Notarbartolo Station. We tried for 3 days to call their office to change the drop out times. For 3 DAYS, no one ever picked up the phone. In the end we drove to the parking indicated on Google behind the station. The guard told us to go in front of the train station to give the car back. Going there (hectic traffic), the agency told us to drive back to the parking! No sign, no help, same guard now telling us to park there! Very poor service, not worth the premium. Go to hertz or another provider.

Excellent experience. Francesco spoke good English and picking up the car was painless. They didn’t try to oversell as we had the full insurance and provided a very good Volvo V60 with 2.5KM on the clock so a relatively new car. Booked via AutoEurope and had no issues with them and good communication throughout. Car was dropped off via drop box in Catania so no real experience with any humans there. :)
