★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità, accoglienza e disponibilità OK. L'auto era leggermente danneggiata ma comunque recentissima e confortevole. Brevissimi i tempi di attesa sia per la presa che per la restituzione dell'auto. In futuro mi rivolgerò sicuramente ancora a Maggiore. Suggerisco infine di fidelizzare il cliente con codici sconto e/o tariffe scontate!
 Professionalism, welcome and availability OK. The car was slightly damaged but still very recent and comfortable. Very short waiting times for both picking up and returning the car. In the future I will certainly turn to Maggiore again. Finally, I suggest building customer loyalty with discount codes and / or discounted rates!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso a noleggio una vettura per andare fuori città. Maggiore è uno dei rari noleggi i cui uffici in città sono aperti tutto il giorno ogni giorno, compresi i festivi (mentre per altre società occorre andare in aeroporto).
E' stato effettuato un upgrade con un'Audi A3 praticamente nuova: meravigliosa.
Il costo delle catene è computato una tantum e non per giorno come per altri autonoleggi.
Il personale di turno, sia al ritiro che alla consegna dell'auto, è stato molto cordiale, cortese e efficiente.
Assolutamente consigliato
I hired a car to go out of town. Maggiore is one of the rare rentals whose offices in the city are open all day every day, including holidays (while for other companies you have to go to the airport).
An upgrade has been made to a practically new Audi A3 - wonderful.
The cost of the chains is calculated on a one-off basis and not per day as for other car rentals.
The staff on duty, both on collection and delivery of the car, were very friendly, courteous and efficient.
Absolutely recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, unfriendly, xenophobic. They're as unhelpful as they can possibly be unhelpful, and they're desk officer acts like a spoiled princess. No knowledge of English either. Bunch of amateurs. Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. We had very bad experience with this company, we had to changed our travel plan. We had lost a lot of money and time. The staff was offending us in Italian, they didn't know that we understood every single word. We really don't recomend this company. Stay away from them.

I have rented cars in France, Italy, Spain, US. The Maggiore office in Palermo (Notabartolo) is my worst experence ever. The car I had pay for was not available. The desk representative was rude, unpolite and unhelpful. I was obliged to accept a small car, the only one available (without price discount!). The guy tried to send me some strang options. At the end I have been charge in addition the the rental price more than 500 euros withou justification. I will never rent again a car with Maggiore and I can only recommend all other people to do the same thing. RUN AWAY FROM MAGGIORE!

They charged us with non existing damages and ended up yelling us.
I have rented cars in many countries with many companies and nothing like this has ever happened to me.
And the cherry on top of the cake is they refuse to talk to the insurance company so we can't get our money back. Avoid at all costs!
