Conosciuti per caso nel 2015 fino ad oggi e riconosco in AUTOMANIA un gran rispetto per la propria clientela su tutti i fronti, considerando che ho noleggiato tutte le categorie di mezzi possibili ed immaginabili ed essendo un cliente molto esigente ho sempre avuto una risposta pronta e anche con un bel sorriso sulle labbra, gentilezza e professionalità.
Invece con tutto rispetto vorrei lanciare un'appello a chi per UNA SOLA ESPERIENZA negativa a dir del cliente, scrivere delle parole pesanti addirittura che puntano sul diffamatorio. Ricordo che dietro un'azienda ci sono persone e non supereroi e con tutte le difficoltà che tutti quanti stiamo vivendo, AUTOMANIA è stata sempre pronta a gestire qualsiasi esigenza e soprattutto qualsiasi clientela anche più esigente. Known by chance in 2015 until today and I recognize in AUTOMANIA a great respect for its customers on all fronts, considering that I have hired all categories of vehicles possible and imaginable and being a very demanding customer I have always had a prompt response and also with a nice smile on his face, kindness and professionalism.
Instead, with all respect, I would like to launch an appeal to those who, for ONLY ONE negative EXPERIENCE, to say the customer, write heavy words that even point to the defamatory. I remember that behind a company there are people and not superheroes and with all the difficulties that we are all experiencing, AUTOMANIA has always been ready to manage any need and above all any even the most demanding customers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza causa guasto furgone a noleggio dopo neanche 5 km.
Che per carità, può succedere ,ci mancherebbe..ma per la sostituzione ci sono volute 5 ore.
Partiti alle 11 del mattino ,alle 3:40 eravamo ancora/di nuovo in viale regione aspettando la sostituzione presso la loro sede,che non avevano mezzi disponibili e arrivava dal porto (in 3 ore mi sa che era il porto il catania)
Mezza giornata persa ,mezza giornata in più pagata al mio aiutante e neanche si sono degnati di togliere qualcosina per l'inconveniente.
Da evitare assolutamente.
Ripeto, non perché il furgone ha avuto problemi,quello può succedere..ma per la mala gestione delle problematiche come in questo caso.
Bad experience due to rental van breakdown after less than 5 km.
Which, for heaven's sake, can happen, God forbid .. but it took 5 hours to replace.
We left at 11 in the morning, at 3:40 we were still / again in viale Regione waiting for the replacement at their headquarters, which did not have means available and arrived from the port (in 3 hours I know it was the port of Catania)
Half a day wasted, half a day more paid to my assistant and they didn't even deign to remove a little bit for the inconvenience.
To be avoided absolutely.
I repeat, not because the van had problems, that can happen .. but for the mismanagement of problems as in this case.
