I go to the dealership to view a second-hand vehicle to buy. They tell me that the vehicle is ok but it is in the other location and that they have no other information regarding the state of the same. They invite me to go to the other location to view the vehicle where they would have provided me with all the information on the status of the vehicle. They stressed me several times that it would have been better to have the vehicle viewed by my mechanic for greater safety and that they were willing to take the vehicle where I thought most appropriate for the check. I go to the other location and the staff on site cannot give me any information and the car also has the maintenance warning light on. I call back the main office, I inform them that no one could give me information on the state of the car and I am told that they are not allowed to say anything (I don't understand why they sent me). I would like to point out that in any case the vehicle was of my interest and that I would have bought it after having checked my mechanic since no one knew how to give me information (we are in the workshop of a dealership). So let's discuss the price, agree on the amount and I repeat that it was just a formality (I reserved the view from my trusted mechanic because no one knew anything. A bit strange for a dealership). At this point I ask you to take the vehicle to the workshop I trust and I repeat that it would have been only a formality and that I would have taken it if the vehicle was actually ok as they said. At that point they tell me that they don't know how to confirm me for the next day because the colleague had gone away. The next day they tell me that they did not know if they could confirm the appointment because the same colleague was on rest (on a Tuesday) and did not answer the phone and that they would try to find him (although perhaps it was not necessary to disturb him). In the afternoon, having no news, I hear from them and they tell me that the car had been sold. Dealership with three locations, they send you around the same looking for information that no one can give you, you can't find a person to take a car for a check. I would like to point out my disappointment given the commitment made and I was answered very politely: "we are traders, you may not know how it works".

The isvauto 2 dealership respects the anti covid regulations and the atmosphere is calm. In the salon there are several models and many different set-ups. The staff is qualified, kind and experienced. Able to advise you based on customer needs. In particular, I had to deal with Giuseppe Pirrotta. One aspect that struck me most positively, and that very few dealers do, was the sending of the quote by email and then the test drive of the car. Mr. Pirrotta didn't just let me go around the block, as others do, but it allowed me to try a route closer to my usual route. This means understanding and identifying with the customer's needs. Regardless of the car tested, whose rating is more than positive (but Mazda is known to make excellent cars), or the probable purchase, my experience was excellent. Well done.

I was recently at this Mazda dealership and it is really well organized with a great qualified staff !!! Anti-covid rules and respect for the rules to be taken as an example because you apply very well and absolute kindness with customers, in fact I am truly honored to have met the seller Giuseppe who treated us very well almost like a family member! I am satisfied with my purchase and I always wish all the staff good work!
