★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre pensato che le ragazze che piangono per un taglio di capelli andato male fossero esagerate e melodrammatiche, ma dopo questa esperienza mi devo ricredere: non ho mai ricevuto un taglio di capelli peggiore e non ho potuto far altro che piangere tutto il giorno, in quanto giorno della laurea del mio fidanzato, data che ho atteso con ansia e trepidazione. Per un taglio di capelli andato (molto) male ho dovuto rinunciare ad avere una bella fotografia da conservare in un giorno così importante. Esperienza traumatica.
I always thought that girls crying over a bad haircut were exaggerated and melodramatic, but after this experience I have to change my mind: I have never had a worse haircut and I could not help but cry all day, in how much day of my boyfriend's graduation, a date that I have been looking forward to with anxiety and trepidation. For a haircut that went (very) badly, I had to give up having a beautiful photograph to keep on such an important day. Traumatic experience.

Lo shampo è sufficiente, così come l' applicazione del prodotto sulla cute. Non sono abbastanza competenti nel consigliare i trattamenti alle vasche, infatti mi è stato fatto un trattamento idratante a pagamento che ha reso i miei capelli molto unti e ciò ha reso la piega durevole solo il tempo passato nel Salone. La seconda volta non ho fatto mettere nulla alle vasche e mi hanno spruzzato un prodotto volumizzante a pagamento che non ha avuto alcun risultato sui miei capelli. In entrambi i casi ho dovuto rifare lo shampoo 2 giorni dopo.
Delusa perché la posizione è ottima, personale gentile e simpatico.
Location and welcoming, polite and kind staff. I only evaluate shampoo and styling since I have done nothing else.
The shampoo is sufficient, as is the application of the product on the skin. They are not competent enough to recommend tub treatments, in fact I was given a paid moisturizing treatment which made my hair very greasy and this made the style last only the time I spent in the salon. The second time, I didn't put anything on the tubs and they sprayed me with a paid volumizer that didn't work on my hair. In both cases I had to shampoo again 2 days later.
Disappointed because the location is great, nice and nice staff.

Il personale è molto qualificato , gentile e scherzoso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il lavoro eccellente sui miei capelli, che in quel momento erano molto danneggiati. Ambiente molto pulito e piacevole. Contenta di aver seguito il consiglio della mia amica e quindi super consigliati anche da parte mia
Salon recommended by a dear friend of mine, I decide to try Lacca hairdressers. By calling the salon they were very helpful in making the same day appointment. The staff are very qualified, kind and playful. Excellent value for money. Excellent work on my hair, which at that time was very damaged. Very clean and pleasant environment. Happy to have followed the advice of my friend and therefore super recommended by me too
