Grande onestà nei prezzi... Purtroppo non ho potuto noleggiare la macchina per un mio problema e con grande professionalità mi hanno reso la somma che avevo già pagato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Français faites attention : l'agence n accepte que les cartes de crédit et non pas les cartes de débit que nous avons en France. Quoique nous ayons déjà tout payé en ligne, on a refusé de nous donner la voiture... Jusqu'à l'intervention de la police qui a débloqué le problème en un temps si court qu'il laisse suspecter une arnaque. A éviter absolument donc.
Please note: the agency only accepts credit cards and not the debit cards that we have in France. Although we had already paid for everything online, they refused to give us the car ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più.....ho dovuto cercare l'auto per tutto il parcheggio in quanto il personale era assente e trovata dopo mezz'ora in un altro parcheggio di un'altra compagnia e grazie a personale estraneo alla Leasys. Si sono trattenuti la cauzione di 600,00 nonostante avessi pagato un'assicurazione aggiuntiva e importo sbloccato dopo un mese. Se vuoi parlare con l'operatore in aeroporto (Bergamo) che ti ha appena fatto il contratto non risponde mai al telefono. Chiami il numero verde e finalmente ti rispondono dalla Romania che non sanno cosa dirti. Scrivi una e-mail con la speranza che ti rispondano al tuo quesito e finalmente ti rispondono, ma dopo un mese che hai consegnato l'auto. ASSURDO!!! Mai più. Meglio spendere qualcosa in più, ma con personale e assistenza sempre disponibile.
Never again ..... I had to look for the car for the whole parking lot as the staff was absent and found after half an hour in another parking lot of another company and thanks to personnel unrelated to Leasys. They withheld the deposit of 600.00 despite having paid additional insurance and the amount released after one month. If you want to speak to the operator at the airport (Bergamo) who has just signed you, he never answers the phone. You call the toll-free number and finally they answer you from Romania who don't know what to tell you. Write an e-mail with the hope that they will answer your question and finally answer you, but after a month that you have delivered the car. ABSURD!!! Never again. Better to spend a little more, but with staff and assistance always available.

Reserved a car and was charged. The next day on the way to the airport we called to see why we didnt get a confirmation email and they said there was no reservation booked. We were also charged by Sixt after booking through the leasys site.
Reporting this as fraud to AMEX.
Stay away from this trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were afraid about renting a car in Sicily concerning all the nightmare stories you read on google maps/internet, but this one was Perfect.
Its a little far from the center but was a 10 minutes process, they gave us an upgrade (reserved the cheapest model but got an Alfa Giulietta with auto gearbox and AC), they even charged less deposit than was on contract (was supposed to be 600 but they charged only 300).
We dropped off our car in Catania and was an easy and fast process.
After a month we got our 230 deposit money (300EUR - 70EUR of drop in another location fee).
