Inizialmente, per telefono, gli operatori si erano mostrati gentili e cordiali nel darci informazioni e trovare la soluzione migliore per noi, spiegandoci anche che se non avevamo la carta di credito, potevamo noleggiare lo stesso le autovetture a patto che ci bloccavano 300€ sulla PostePay. Il giorno prima del ritiro delle auto ci dicono che non possono bloccare più i soldi per un problema del sistema e che li dovevamo portare contanti (600€ in tutto). I soldi venivamo poi rimborsati 60gg dopo la restituzione delle macchina. BEH siamo al 27 GENNAIO 2022 e dei SOLDI NEANCHE L'OMBRA!!!! Nonostante le nostre ripetute chiamate i LADRI si giustificano dicendo che il responsabile non è in ufficio perchè ha il Covid! Il covid vi dovrebbe far sparire dalla faccia della terra!!!! Despite our repeated calls, the THIEVES justify themselves by saying that the manager is not in the office because he has Covid! The covid should make you disappear from the face of the earth !!!! L'esperienza del noleggio a primo impatto è stata validissima, personale gentilissimo e ci consegnano la vettura richiesta tutta ben pulita e ci vengono illustrati i danni esistenti anche lievi. Purtroppo non avendo una carta di credito, optiamo per depositare la cauzione di € 300 la quale ci era stato promesso restituita entro max 60 giorni lavorativi. Dopo numerosi solleciti, la restituzione è avvenuta. Ci hanno contattato per chiedere scusa, ovviamente ho espresso la mia preoccupazione tanto che volevo rivolgermi alle autorità. Tutto si è concluso con le scuse accettate e l'erogazione di un voucher a nostro favore. Una cosa da migliorare è l'aspetto di restituzione della caparra; per il resto consiglio come autonoleggio in base alla mia esperienza. Tutto sommato direi buono, a presto. I edit my review. Hanno insinuato che la nostra carta non andasse bene per la cauzione, costringendoci a darla in contanti. Si sono presentati all'arrivo con 30 minuti di ritardo e non con la macchina da noi scelta. La cauzione non ci è stata mai restituita nonostante la macchina non ha riportato danni al momento della restituzione (cosa anche confermata e firmata da loro nel contratto di cui posseggo una copia). Fatti passare i 90 giorni lavorativi per la cauzione cerchiamo di avere notizie. Non vengono restituiti i soldi quindi proviamo a chiamare e mandare email ma non rispondono. Interpelliamo un avvocato, ma non rispondono neanche alla PEC dell'avvocato. Situazione assurda, non noleggiate assolutamente da loro. Ovviamente noi stiamo andando avanti con l'avvocato perché rivogliamo i nostri soldi, ma voi non fate lo stesso errore nostro e noleggiate altrove We are 4 girls who had rented a car at Palermo airport. Ho avuto due ottime esperienze, noleggiando una volkswagen up e una renault twingo, ideali sia per gli spostamenti cittadini che per quelli autostradali a più ampio raggio. Le automobili sono nuovissime e in ottime condizioni. Il personale sempre molto cordiale. Se aggiungiamo che si tratta forse dell'unico autonoleggio che non richiede necessariamente una carta di credito, ma anche una semplice carta di debito, mi sento davvero di consigliarlo. Reliability, competence and cordiality are certainly at home at Eurent car rental. I had two excellent experiences, renting a volkswagen up and a renault twingo, ideal both for city trips and for longer-range motorways. The cars are brand new and in excellent condition. Nella pratica poi, è successo che la mattina stessa della consegna siamo state avvisate di dover dare questi soldi a mano. Stiamo parlando di 600 euro IN CONTANTI, senza una ricevuta, e solo appuntato sul contratto. Ci è stato detto che il motivo di questo disguido è stato una mancata funzionalità del sistema a bloccare il denaro sulla prepagata. A quanto pare, leggendo le altre recensioni, non è stata la prima volta che succede. Sono 5 mesi e mezzo che chiamiamo per farci restituire questi soldi, e ogni volta sempre la stessa scusa di "LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA SIGNORINA". Ammesso che siamo state delle ingenue a darvi 600 euro in contanti, diciamo anche che ci avete messo con le spalle contro il muro perchè avevamo tutta la vacanza organizzata in funzione di quelle due macchine! E non abbiamo avuto modo di organizzarci diversamente, appunto perchè siamo state avvisate del disguido guarda caso la mattina stessa. Potete anche essere stati puntuali e cortesi, come scrivete nelle altre recensioni, ma a casa mia fare una cosa del genere, come quella che avete fatto a noi, non si chiama cortesia. Se non ci verranno mai restituiti, si chiamerà FURTO. Con ansia aspettiamo i NOSTRI 600 euro (per essere precise 600-50 per il lavaggio delle macchine). I nostri IBAN li avete. Abbiamo noleggiato un auto i primi di settembre 2021, alla consegna l operatore è arrivato con 7 minuti di ritardo, cosa irrilevante per noi, figuriamoci se uno va a guardare questi dettagli, non abbiamo detto nulla, purtroppo... Nel recarci all aereoporto di Palermo per la riconsegna della vettura, abbiamo incontrato dei lavori stradali, così li abbiamo chiamati per avvisarli. In sostanza abbiamo sforato di 5 minuti esatti, non oltre. Alla fine ci hanno addebitato il costo di un intera giornata in piu', pari a 82 euro che mi hanno scalato il giorno dopo. La cosa vergognosa è che se me l avessero detto subito, non saremmo stati 7 ore in aereoporto, ma a questo punto avrei tenuto l auto fino all ultimo, visto che comunque l avrei pagata un giorno in più! Oltretutto non rispondono più al telefono, a parte una volta che ci hanno detto di contattare l amministrazione, che a sua volta non è nemmeno informata su quello che succede sul campo! NON SI TRATTANO COSÌ I CLIENTI, ASSOLUTAMENTE VERGOGNOSI! STATE ALLA LARGA!!! Aggiungo: visto che rispondete dandomi pure del bugiardo, allego le foto dell' auto nuovissima che dite di avermi consegnato: BEWARE OF THESE GENTLEMEN !!
