Un servizio ineccepibile che ho il piacere di rendere pubblico per dare il giusto plauso a chi, anche al Sud, opera con serietà e tanta dedizione per il prossimo come la CRI.
I must thank and applaud the Italian Red Cross of Palermo with great gratitude for the promptness, professionalism and kindness with which he sent me a medicine, important for me, directly from my home from Messina to Palermo (Province).
An impeccable service that I have the pleasure of making public to give the right applause to those who, even in the South, work with seriousness and a lot of dedication for others like the CRI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai avuto a che fare con una compagnia di ambulanze cosi inaffidabile,dovevano arrivare alle ore 10.00 e arrivano quasi due ore dopo,per non far perdere l aereo a mia mamma che non puo muoversi e deve operarsi a genova sono riuscito con molto dolore da parte di mia mamma ad entrarla in auto e farla portare in aereoporto e grazie alle brave persone della casa amica è riuscita a prendere l aereo.
Mai piu con la croce rossa ci ho messo una croce.non solo sono arrivati due ore dopo ma mi prendevano in giro dicendomi tra 10 minuti siamo li per piu volte.
I have never had to deal with a company of ambulances so unreliable, they had to arrive at 10.00 and arrive almost two hours later, so as not to lose my mother who cannot move and have to work in Genoa I succeeded with much pain from my mother to get into the car and take her to the airport and thanks to the good people of the friend's house she managed to take the plane.
Never again with the red cross did I put a cross on it. Not only did they arrive two hours later but they teased me by telling me in 10 minutes we're there for more times.
