Il personale ti osserva ma ti fornisce solo informazioni se appositamente interpellato. The shop is well stocked and there are lots of items at very low prices. Customer service is non-existent. The staff observes you but only provides you with information if specifically requested.

Interagiscono poco con il cliente e quando chiedi qualcosa li vedi distanti (scortesi)... . Sembrano dei robot. PECCATO! Well stocked shop, pretty good prices. I made many purchases in this shop, the only flaw is the staff at the checkout .... They interact little with the customer and when you ask for something you see them distant (rude) .... They look like robots. SIN!

Cerchiamo qualcosa per effettuare il cambio e non avendo trovato nulla per mio figlio ,troviamo un top fitness da regalare ad una sua amica. Alla cassa la bella sorpresa: prima mi viene detto che devo cambiare acquistando per l'intero importo, poi che il regalo acquistato non potrà essere cambiato perché già frutto di un cambio, e quando finalmente mi consegnano un coupon per l'importo residuo mi viene detto che posso usarlo entro e non oltre tre mesi....poco seri,scortesi ed arroganti , come se il denaro speso abbia una scadenza! MAI PIÙ in questo magazzino di merce obsoleta, riciclata e rincarata per gli sconti! I bought a tracksuit that after about an hour I come back to change .... my son doesn't like it! At the cashier the nice surprise: first I am told that I have to change by purchasing for the full amount, then that the gift purchased cannot be changed because it is already the result of an exchange, and when they finally give me a coupon for the remaining amount, I am told said that I can use it no later than three months .... not serious, rude and arrogant, as if the money spent has a deadline! NEVER AGAIN in this warehouse of obsolete, recycled and higher prices for discounts!
