★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr großes Appartement, sauber und gut ausgestattet, auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.
Leider war es sehr kalt drinnen (im Februar), obwohl wir die Heizung ganz aufgedreht haben. Im Sommer würde ich aber sofort wieder hier buchen.
 Very large apartment, clean and well equipped, the landlady is very nice. Great value for money.
Unfortunately it was very cold inside (in February), although we turned up the heating completely. In summer I would book here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Mai 2018 für 7 Tage Gast in der 4. Etage und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Ein phantastischer Blick aus dem Bett und von der 270 Grad Terrasse auf die Lagune zwischen Venedig und dem Lido. Jeden Morgen ein tolles und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück... Entspannung pur. Die maritime Einrichtung und die großartige Lage tragen zum perfekten Urlaubserlebnis bei.
Zu Fuß ist man in 10 min am schönen Sandstrand und in wenigen Minuten am Abfahrtsort der Vaporetto in Richtung Venedig.
We stayed on the 4th floor for 7 days in May 2018 and really enjoyed our holiday. A fantastic view from the bed and from the 270 degree terrace of the lagoon between Venice and the Lido. Every morning a great and varied breakfast ... pure relaxation. The maritime furnishings and the great location contribute to the perfect holiday experience.
You can walk to the beautiful sandy beach in 10 minutes and the departure point of the vaporetto in the direction of Venice in a few minutes.

Fantastic view of Venice, beautiful and spacious apartment. Beach and Vaporetto station are nearby. Within 15 minutes you are on San Marco square

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great appartment with superb views across the lagoon to St Marks ( San Marco). Friendly and helpful owner. Just a short stroll from the main street and the bars and restaurants. Ideal for a few days visit to Venice which is just a short boat ride away.

the welcoming was warm & the explaining briefly but straight to the point.
Every day , we ordered a breakfast, which was served in the room at the desired hour. A personal touch was given to it, every day a little different but always tasteful, with fresh made toasts and croissants... then, about the room: it is a two-person room which is surely big enough for the time you have to spend inside. nice little bathroom with shower and toilet. But considering the large roof top-terrace and its unbeaten, wonderful view over the lagoon and the city of Venice at the other side, this surely is worth a five star-residence! Especially when you love some sunbathing without having to visit the crowdy beaches. Also early in the morning and after a colourful sunset over the city, which lies in the northwest of Oasis residence, it is incredibly pleasant to watch the boats passing by, sipping a late night drink...The best short stay we have ever had, anywhere. The cleaning was certainly thoroughly and neatly, every day again. The owners were at all times very helpful and friendly!! We will get back there for sure in a few years...looking forward to it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to cancel or update our reservation 5 days before the arrival time because of COVID restrictions. But they never answered our calls. Even booking agency tried to reach them twice, but they didnt answer. 1 day later They responded us via email and they said we need to contact to agency to cancel. So we did but then, hotel responded to agency that they dont accept cancellations. I understand you have a right to keep our money without any service but it is not fair to not answer or make us spend our time to reach agency for nothing. Having free money in this kind of condition(covid restriction) is not ethical. I dont suggest any one to stay with them.
