Staff in filiale tutto sommato abbastanza cordiale, anche se si può fare di meglio. Auto dal valore marginale (e ne sono ben a conoscenza) valutata per una certa cifra online, e pagata il 30% in meno perchè "aveva fatto troppi passaggi di proprietà prima di lei". Evidentemente questo incide più che la qualità dell'auto stessa. Poi, fattore molto importante che coinvolge sia la filiale che l'azienda: l'appuntamento IN FILIALE è di 30 minuti, si. Ma da nessuna parte poi è specificato che in filiale NON si completano tutte le formalità burocratiche (come specificato più volte sul sito). In effetti, dopo la stipula del contratto, è necessario recarsi in una filiale ACI di loro scelta, a circa 5Km, per firmare l'atto di vendita e consegnare libretto e certificato di proprietà. Al netto di tutto, un'altra oretta buona persa, e per fortuna avevo qualcuno con me ad accompagnarmi, nonchè flessibilità lavorativa. In conclusione, tenendo conto sia della filiale che dell'azienda madre, servizio solo accettabile che non mi sento di consigliare. Istruzioni poco trasparenti sui prezzi, e molto più tempo e burocrazia necessari di quanto pubblicizzato sul sito. Così così. Lights and shadows - I expected better. Personale gentilissimo e preparato, soprattutto il prezzo finale è stato confermato rispetto alla valutazione fatta online e molto più alta rispetto a qualsiasi concessionario. Consiglio di farsi accompagnare perchè il passaggio di proprietà non avviene li ma all'aci di cernusco. Valutazione davvero concorrenziale, in linea con quanto si può ricevere da un privato o un rivenditore conto terzi ma con il grande vantaggio che in 1h30m hai già il contratto di vendita registrato. L’intero team è stato molto disponibile a venire incontro alle mie necessità di posticipare la consegna dell’auto, altro punto a favore. Bonifico ricevuto in 48h lavorative, rapidissimi. Un unico suggerimento: specificate in anticipo che il centro ACI dove finalizzare il passaggio di proprietà dista più di 5km, in modo che ci si possa organizzare efficientemente. Io non ho ricevuto questa informazione né durante la conferma prenotazione né dal call center che ti chiama il giorno prima dell’appuntamento. La nostra auto è stata valutata accuratamente e siamo rimaste davvero soddisfatte del servizio. I ragazzi sono giovani, simpatici, professionali e davvero attenti al cliente. Analizzano la vettura con grande attenzione, mettendo in luce i pro e i contro di quel che hai da vendere. Consiglio di andare con tutti gli accessori che avete a disposizione, con le eventuali fatture della manutenzione effettuata negli ultimi due anni. E con un'ora di tempo a disposizione, utile alla verifica dettagliata delle condizioni del veicolo. Ma nel frattempo chiaccherare con loro vi risulterà facile e piacevole, perché sono ragazzi simpatici.
