Prima dicevano senza fare collaudo non posso fare carrozzeria..ok.. oggi riportato la machina (dopo un mese)1)non riuscivano trovare il libretto 2)dentro auto piena di patatine e roba varia (per me un mese qualcuno usata la mia macchina!!) ..metà strada accesa spia di motore!! ..praticamente mi hanno sistemato solo lol tamponata dietro..!!! In 30 giorni!!! Guardò libretto ultimo revisione 2anni faaaa!! Vi ripeto che auto stato da loro un mese più che per carrozzeria per collaudo!!!!’ E adesso devo portare da mio meccanico!!! Shameful !!!! I had to bring back cars for bodywork and testing..one month held !! Before they said without testing I can not do the bodywork .. ok .. today brought back the car (after a month) 1) they could not find the booklet 2) inside a car full of chips and various stuff (for me a month someone used my car !!) .. midway on engine warning light !! .. practically I have only placed lol buffered behind .. !!! In 30 days !!! Looked at booklet last revision 2years agoyy !! I repeat that the car was with them for a month more than for bodywork for testing !!!! 'And now I have to take it to my mechanic !!!
D	Dafne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile non auguro a nessuno di vivere ciò che mi hanno fatto passare. Disonesti al 100. Ho comprato da loro una Renault GPL Alessio mi ha assicurato che era tutto a posto. Dopo 5 giorni ho caricato il GPL visto che loro lo fanno a posta e te la lasciano a secco. Subito si è accesa la spia avaria motore. Gliel'ho comunicato e loro se ne sono fregati dicendomi di rivolgermi alla loro garanzia diffidandomi di chiamarli o scrivergli ancora. Nella mia zona solo un meccanico usufruiva di questa garanzia ma disonesto come loro prima mi ha accidentato la macchina e poi si è tirato fuori dalla garanzia quindi abbandonata da tutti. Dopo tre mesi sto usando solo benzina Car Italia siete truffatori, disonesti e per niente affidabili. Sconsiglio vivamente acquistò di una macchina da loro. Siete ridicoli io non ho chiamato perché mi avete detto di non chiamare più poi non sono le candele ma gli iniettori e la macchina non l ho incidentata io ma il meccanico della vostra garanzia comunque tranquillo ho qui un preventivo di 800 euro fatto da un meccanico di fiducia che sto mandando alla vostra garanzia. Non sono io maleducata siete voi che ve ne siete lavati le mani sto ancora aspettando la chiamata di Alessio e sono passati tre mesi. Siete ridicoli. Ripeto sconsiglio a tutti di rivolgervi a questa "concessionaria"per concludere la mia esperienza la loro garanzia mec non risarcisce niente con la scusa dell usura. Perfetto ripeto non fidatevi di questa concessionaria e soprattutto delle recensioni positive che secondo me sono fasulle. Ridicoli Terrible experience I do not wish anyone to experience what they put me through. 100 dishonest. I bought a Renault LPG from them. Alessio assured me that everything was fine. After 5 days I loaded the GPL since they do it on purpose and leave it dry. The engine failure warning light came on immediately. I communicated it to them and they didn't give a damn, telling me to turn to their guarantee, not trusting me to call or write to them again. In my area only one mechanic benefited from this guarantee but as dishonest as they had me before bumped the car and then pulled out of the warranty then abandoned by everyone. After three months I am only using petrol Car Italia you are scammers, dishonest and not at all reliable. I strongly advise against buying a car from them. You are ridiculous I did not call because you told me not to call anymore then it is not the spark plugs but the injectors and the car I did not have an accident but the mechanic of your guarantee however quiet I have here a quote of 800 euros made by a mechanic of trust that i am sending to your guarantee. I'm not rude, it's you who washed your hands I'm still waiting for Alessio's call and it's been three months. You are ridiculous. I repeat, I do not recommend everyone to turn to this "dealership" to conclude my experience their mec guarantee does not compensate for anything with the excuse of wear. F	F G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, racconto la mia esperienza presso Car Italia: A settembre 2021 ho acquistato un auto usata con 160.000km al prezzo di 4.000 euro piu trapasso. Dopo 4.000 km percorsi da me, a Gennaio 2022, la macchina si è fermata in strada e ho dovuto chiamare il carro attrezzi. Problema: catena di distrubuzione dilatata, valvole stortate e rettifica banco motore, macchina ferma da 25 giorni, problemi a portare a scuola i bambini e problema a recarmi al lavoro. Prezzo Riparazione 2.000 + IVA Decido di fare riparare la macchina, spendo 2.000 euro + IVA. Vado a riprendere la macchina con la Distrubuzione riparata. Dopo due giorni mi scoppia qualcosa nel motore mentre sono in strada, probabilmente un tubo del cambio automatico, lascio una striscia di 500 metri di olio in strada. Richiamo il carro attrezzi e mi viene detto dal meccanico che il cambio automatico è da revisionare. Prezzo riparazione 1.800 euro piu IVA. ————————————————————————— !!attenzione!! I chilometri “certificati” che mettono sui loro annunci, sono falsi. Chiedete al concessionario di dimostrare i Km che ha l’automobile, al 99.9% non sono in grado di provarlo. A	Alberto Borroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile esperienza, Dovendo comprare un’auto per mio figlio ho preferito affidarmi ad un rivenditore piuttosto che scegliere tra i privati, in modo da avere una garanzia sul prodotto e un controllo del veicolo in particolare per la sicurezza di mio figlio. Affidandomi a CarItalia non ho ottenuto nessuna delle due cose. Appena portato a casa l’autovettura ha manifestato problemi meccanici nella distribuzione ma non ho ricevuto alcun beneficio tramite CarItalia, la quale mi ha tenuto in ballo un intero anno tergiversando con scuse e menzogne. Alla fine ho dovuto far riparare il veicolo a mie spese spendendo più del valore di acquisto dell’auto dal parte di CarItalia dal vecchio proprietario. Durante l’intervento da parte del meccanico, si è riscontrato che l’auto non aveva fatto nemmeno i controlli basilari, riscontrando addirittura le pastiglie dei freni anteriori sinistra completamente a zero, mettendo quindi a rischio la sicurezza di mio figlio. Tramite il mio avvocato ho fatto una visura dell’acquisto fatto da CarItalia, quindi ricapitolando risulta che: Il veicolo è stato acquistato da CarItalia a 750€ Venduto a me a 2900€ senza aver ricevuto fattura Parte dell’importo di pagamento lo hanno voluto in contanti. Non mi risulta essere stato effettuato alcun contratto di assicurazione in quanto non ho mai ricevuto nulla a riguardo Non è stato fatto alcun controllo né meccanico né di sicurezza del veicolo. Nessuna assistenza ricevuta Non mi è rimasto che procedere alla denuncia alla guardia di finanza. Terrible experience, Having to buy a car for my son, I preferred to rely on a dealer rather than choose from private individuals, in order to have a product guarantee and vehicle control, especially for my son's safety. By entrusting myself to CarItalia I did not get either of the two things. As soon as I brought the car home it exhibited mechanical problems in distribution but I did not receive any benefits through CarItalia, which kept me at stake for a whole year, beating around the bush with excuses and lies. In the end I had to have the vehicle repaired at my own expense by spending more than the purchase value of the car on the part of CarItalia by the old owner. During the intervention by the mechanic, it was found that the car had not even carried out the basic checks, even finding the left front brake pads completely at zero, thus putting my son's safety at risk. Through my lawyer I made a survey of the purchase made by CarItalia, so in summary it turns out that: The vehicle was purchased by CarItalia for € 750 Sold to me for € 2900 without having received an invoice They wanted part of the payment amount in cash. I am not aware of any insurance contract as I have never received anything about it No mechanical or safety checks on the vehicle were carried out. Sono stati molto gentili e professionali, comprendendo le mie tempistiche, oltre a inoltrarmi via whatsapp tutte le info e foto della macchina, una 500, sono stati molto precisi e dettagliati nel elencarmi le problematiche del mezzo, che avrebbero risolto dopo aver lasciato l’acconto. Al ritiro del mezzo era tutto perfetto. Lo staff è competente e molto gentile. Ottima esperienza. Consigliati. I ragazzi si mostrano gentili e disponibili, qualsiasi problema ti danno una mano a risolverlo. Il vero lusso e il loro servizio non tralasciano mai il minimo dettaglio, alla fine diventi un loro cliente perché sono attenti ad accontentarti, più tosto ci rimettono loro. Cliente soddisfatto e il loro motto, il resto non conta. Grazie di esistere ragazzi, siete i numero uno. Consigliatissimo. Top!!
