Dal momento che sono entrato nella Concessionaria Gerli Auto per la prima volta, mi sono trovato subito bene, assistito immediatamente dal Sig. Fabio I. il quale ha risposto a tutte le mie domande e dato tutte le spiegazioni tecniche della mia nuova auto e non solo, grazie a loro ho potuto integrare ulteriori optional dopo aver avviato il contratto d'acquisto, senza avere alcun ritardo rispetto al programma iniziale di consegna.
Dalla formulazione dei diversi preventivi, alla prova guida e fino al momento della consegna, sono stato assistito in ogni dubbio e necessità, in poche parole, ho percepito subito fiducia, trasparenza, affidabilità, efficienza e massima professionalità.
Infine ma non per niente scontato, tutto il Team ha fatto il possibile per consegnarmi l'auto in soli 4 giorni lavorativi, e grazie a loro ho ricevuto uno dei più bei regali di Natale.
Che dire, solo ringraziare a tutta la Concessionaria ma in particolar modo al Sig. Fabio I. per tutta l'assistenza ricevuta.
 I bought a Tucson Full hybrid 1.6 HEV- 230 hp, 2WD, Excellence set-up. From the moment I entered the Gerli Auto Dealership for the first time, I immediately felt comfortable, immediately assisted by Mr. Fabio I. who answered all my questions and gave all the technical explanations of my new car and more. , thanks to them I was able to integrate additional options after starting the purchase contract, without having any delay with respect to the initial delivery program.
From the formulation of the various estimates, to the driving test and up to the moment of delivery, I was assisted in every doubt and need, in short, I immediately perceived trust, transparency, reliability, efficiency and maximum professionalism.
Finally, but not at all obvious, the whole team did everything possible to deliver the car to me in just 4 working days, and thanks to them I received one of the best Christmas gifts.
What can I say, just thank all the dealership but especially Mr. Fabio I. for all the assistance received.

Moretti Simone che mi ha valutato l'usato con serietà e professionalità dandomi tantissime spiegazioni sia sulla valutazione del mio usato che sul mio ordine effettuato ed al Sig. Tomasi Lorenzo, il venditore che per mesi ha sopportato le mie insistenti e pressanti domande dettate dalla lunga attesa.
Il sig. Tomasi mi ha rassicurato sul tipo di vettura da me acquistata ( new Tucson Hybrid ) per quanto riguardano diverse configurazioni : Optional, colore ed accessori.
Il Sig. Tomasi mi ha fatto provare la vettura prima di acquistarla spiegandomi e mostrandomi tutte le caratteristiche della macchina.

At Gerli Auto I found seriousness and professionalism, kindness and the desire to reach the customer at all costs. In particular, I refer to Mr. Moretti Simone who evaluated the used car with seriousness and professionalism, giving me lots of explanations both on the evaluation of my used and on my order and to Mr. Tomasi Lorenzo, the seller who for months has endured my insistent and pressing questions dictated by the long wait.
Mr. Tomasi reassured me about the type of car I bought (new Tucson Hybrid) as regards different configurations: Options, color and accessories.
Mr. Tomasi made me try the car before buying it, explaining and showing me all the features of the car.
I am very happy and recommend this dealer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought Hyundai tucson in 2019 October. My car number is FZ082AE . 15 days before suddenly my car stopped on the road I called customer service and took my car to gerli auto. After one I asked about my car gerli auto replied my car has problem of motor. Last 30 years I am driving car. I bought four new cars. First time I have seen like this problem happened in new car. Till today gerli auto are replying me that they are waiting for hyundai motors. I have no idea when I will get back my car. If gerli auto owner see my review please help me. Thanks Gerli all staff to cooperate as much possible for them. Finally my car is getting work. May be next week I will get back my car.
