Posso comunque affermare che la competenza e la cortesia sono veramente da porre in evidenza. Spero prossimamente di venire a farvi visita per conoscervi di persona.
Trascorso un anno dalla mia recensione, devo confermare tutte le mie opinioni positive. Sono cortesi, molto competenti tecnicamente, fornitissimi, e applicano prezzi che non è facile trovare da altri.

 I live far from Milan and I have not been able to go to this shop in person. I only had contact by mail and by phone. However, I can affirm that competence and courtesy are really to be highlighted. I hope to come and visit you soon to meet you in person.
After a year of my review, I have to confirm all my positive opinions. They are courteous, very technically competent, well stocked, and charge prices that are not easy to find from others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bellissimo negozio in cui, appena entrati, respirate la magica e rilassante “aria di treni”... peraltro è vicino al mitico Triplo Bivio Seveso sulla linea FS. Professionali e simpaticissimi! Grazie!
A beautiful shop where, as soon as you enter, you can breathe the magical and relaxing "train air" ... moreover it is close to the legendary Seveso Triple Crossroads on the FS line. Professional and very nice! Thanks!

Il titolare è stato estremamente preciso, chiaro e disponibile, valutando i miei modelli, non solo sulla base del Koll, ma mettendo sul piatto quella giusta e sana dose di abilità commerciale, che ti permette un migliore orientamento sul da farsi. Ottima esperienza da consigliare.
I visited the shop to get an evaluation of my modeling "package", to get advice on whether and how to sell it or not, etc ..
The owner was extremely precise, clear and helpful, evaluating my models, not only on the basis of the Koll, but putting on the plate the right and healthy dose of commercial skill, which allows you a better orientation on what to do. Great experience to recommend.

Stefano, è il numero uno, preparatissimo su tutto e sempre pronto nel darti il giusto consiglio e aiuto su ciò che hai bisogno o stai cercando. E se per caso non trovate il prodotto che state cercando nessun problema, perchè nel giro di poco tempo lo avrete tra le vostre mani, grazie all'ottimo tempismo e velocità di Stefano nel reperirvi il prodotto che state cercando. Per concludere,invito tutti almeno una volta, a fare un salto da Stefano,e vi assicuro che non rimarrete assolutamente delusi.

excellent shop, super stocked and with a huge choice, both of models in all scales, and of accessories for the construction of models. Stefano, is number one, very well prepared on everything and always ready to give you the right advice and help on what you need or are looking for. And if by chance you do not find the product you are looking for, no problem, because in a short time you will have it in your hands, thanks to Stefano's excellent timing and speed in finding the product you are looking for. -Excellent selection of new and pre owned model trains.
-During my 2 hour search my wife used the desk to charge her laptop and do some work.
-We were offered coffee and had great customer experience.
-I eventually settled for one of the best models I purchase as yet; an ESU E94.
-I received plenty of catalogues and established another link for potential further overseas purchases to be send to South Africa.
-Real specialists in the field, which I recommend highly.
