Il titolare, sig. Abate, è una persona disponibile e competente, sempre pronto ad esaudire le richieste del cliente anche se particolari o estemporanee. La squadra degli operai con in testa Vitaly è ordinata ed educata. Nessun reclamo da parte dei vicini sebbene i lavori abbiano riguardato anche demolizioni. Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci affideremo senz'altro anche per futuri lavori. Decisamente consigliata. Finally, after a few unsuccessful attempts, I found a serious and professional company for the renovation of my apartment in the center of Milan. The owner, Mr. Abate is an available and competent person, always ready to fulfill the customer's requests even if they are particular or impromptu. The team of workers led by Vitaly is orderly and polite. No complaints from neighbors although the works also involved demolitions. Good value for money. We will certainly also rely on future works. Definitely recommended.

Salvatore è una persona estremamente disponibile e sempre pronta a consigliarti la miglior soluzione per il tuo appartamento. I suoi collaboratori sono esperti, precisi e puntuali nelle operazioni di cantiere. I prezzi sono ottimi. Nella nostra esperienza, i lavori sono stati consegnati per tempo, salvo qualche ritardo dovuto purtroppo alla consegna dei materiali non imputabili alla ditta (causa Covid e ritardi del fornitore). Ad oggi, dopo circa 6 mesi dalla conclusione dei lavori, siamo soddisfatti di aver affidato la ristrutturazione del nostro appartamento al sig. Abate e per eventuali lavori futuri saremo felici di affidarci nuovamente alla sua competenza e professionalità. In my opinion, the Synedil company of Salvatore Abate is the ideal solution for those who want to renovate their apartment relying on experienced, serious and fair professionals. Salvatore is an extremely helpful person and always ready to advise you on the best solution for your apartment. Its collaborators are expert, precise and punctual in construction site operations. Prices are great. In our experience, the works were delivered on time, except for some delays unfortunately due to the delivery of materials not attributable to the company (due to Covid and delays of the supplier). To date, about 6 months after the completion of the works, we are pleased to have entrusted the renovation of our apartment to Mr. Abate and for any future work we will be happy to rely again on his competence and professionalism.

Qualsiasi dubbio sono pronti a chiarirlo e rendono i passaggi più tecnici facili da capire anche per chi non è del mestiere. Ogni step della ristrutturazione e dei lavori viene spiegato da Salvatore in maniera chiara e trasparente. Il bagno della casa che abbiamo acquistato, grazie al loro lavoro, si è totalmente trasformato e siamo davvero felici del risultato. Inoltre, ci hanno aiutato con altri lavori in casa, dal controsoffitto, alle luci, alla posa del nuovo battiscopa e anche la tinteggiatura delle stanze. Ho potuto contare su di loro sempre e mi hanno tenuta informata quotidianamente sul procedimento dei lavori quindi non posso che raccomandarli vivamente! Un'impresa seria e puntuale! The bathroom of the house we bought, thanks to their work, has been totally transformed and we are really happy with the result. In addition, they helped us with other jobs around the house, from the false ceiling, to the lighting, to the installation of the new skirting board and even the painting of the rooms. I have always been able to count on them and they kept me informed daily on the progress of the works so I can only highly recommend them! A serious and punctual undertaking!

Allora ero abbastanza confuso e ancora non avevo idea se ristrutturare e cosa fare esattamente. Una volta deciso, sono stato accompagnato e consigliato da Salvatore per l'acquisto dei materiali, ha ascoltato con grande pazienza le mie esigenze, mi ha proposto soluzioni spiegandomi in parole semplici concetti tecnici. Il preventivo è stato chiaro ed è stato rispettato a lavori ultimati. I lavori si sono svolti in modo molto lineare rispettando i tempi previsti. Sono stato informato passo passo sul procedere dei lavori e mi è stato domandato cosa preferissi ogni volta che si rendeva necessaria una piccola variazione. Alla fine sono stato soddisfattissimo, tutto pare davvero sistemato al meglio. La casa che era diventata ovviamente quasi un cantiere, ma è stata pulita molto bene, Debbo dire che anche gli operai sono stati gentilissimi e si sono dimostrati grandi lavoratori. Penso che in poche occasioni puoi pure evitare di "seguire" i lavori perché ti fidi davvero di ciò che fanno. L'esperienza con Synedil è stata una di queste. Fin dall'inizio ho avuto l'impressione che Salvatore di Synedil fosse una persona onesta e competente e queste sono le due cose più importanti quando affidi dei lavori. Sono certo che anche voi avrete un'ottima esperienza se opterete per questa società. Personalmente, se avrò altri lavori da fare, chiamerò ancora lui. At the time I was quite confused and still had no idea whether to refurbish and what to do exactly. Once I had decided, I was accompanied and advised by Salvatore for the purchase of materials, he listened with great patience to my needs, he proposed solutions to me explaining technical concepts in simple words. The estimate was clear and was respected when the work was completed. The works took place in a very linear way respecting the schedule. I was informed step by step on the progress of the works and I was asked what I preferred every time a small variation was necessary. In the end I was very satisfied, everything seems to be really well arranged. The house that had obviously become almost a construction site, but was cleaned very well, I must say that the workers were also very kind and proved to be hard workers. I think that on a few occasions you can even avoid "following" the jobs because you really trust what they do. The experience with Synedil was one of them. From the beginning I had the impression that Salvatore di Synedil was an honest and competent person and these are the two most important things when entrusting work.
