Invece io ero di passaggio ma trovandomi a Milano avevo bisogno di loro e loro erano lì pronti.... Officina che segnalo volentieri a cui dò il massimo delle stelle

Beste VW Werkstatt in Italien Am 14.08.2021 blieben wir in Italien während unserer Urlaubsreise mit unserem VW T4 auf der A7 Richtung Genua liegen. Nachdem uns der ADAC die Hilfe verweigert hatte und einigem Hin-und Her nach Stunden bei unerträglicher Hitze, kam dann mit der wirklich freundlichen Unterstützung der italienischen Polizei ein Abschleppdienst. Die folgenden Tage waren dann leider vollkommen frustrierend, weil der Abschleppdienst untätig, arrogant und kaum ansprechbar war. Wertvolle Zeit ging verloren und wir mussten uns selbst um eine Werkstatt bemühen. Glücklicherweise fanden wir dann am Mittwoch die VW Werkstatt Segrawagen S.r.l .in Segrate/Mailand. Nachdem unser T4 dorthin verbracht war, bemühte sich Seniora Simona vom Empfang sofort um unser Anliegen. Auch der Kundendienstmeister, Karim, kümmerte sich direkt um unseren Bus. Sehr schnell fand er den Fehler: ein zerflederter Zahnriemen. Als schwierig deutete er die Ersatzteilbeschaffung an, denn der Bus ist bereits 26 Jahre alt. Aber schon am nächsten Tag gab es grünes Licht, das heißt die Ersatzteile waren schon da. Einen Tage später war das Auto mit der Hilfe des Seniors der Firma repariert, weil hier noch auf dessen Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse zum speziellen Dieselmotor zurückgegriffen werden konnte. Glücklich konnten wir unseren Bus dann einen Tag später wieder entgegennehmen und unseren Urlaub Dank dieser hervorragenden Werkstatt fortsetzen. Ich habe selten solch freundliche Menschen sowie kompetente Mitarbeiter einer Werkstatt erlebt. Ich kann diese Werkstatt allen Durchreisenden, aber natürlich den Italienern selbst, nur ans Herz legen. Und zu allem Glück: die Reparaturkosten (Erneuerung des Zahnriemens, Kurbelwellenrad) war zudem noch relativ preiswert. Italien hat sich mit dieser Werkstatt, deren Besitzer und den Mitarbeitern von der besten Seite gezeigt. Herzlichen Dank und weiter so!
Best VW workshop in Italy On August 14th, 2021 we stayed in Italy during our vacation trip with our VW T4 on the A7 towards Genoa. After the ADAC refused to help us and after some back and forth after hours in unbearable heat, a towing service came with the really friendly support of the Italian police. The following days were unfortunately completely frustrating because the towing service was inactive, arrogant and hardly approachable. Valuable time was lost and we had to find a workshop ourselves. Fortunately, we found the VW workshop Segrawagen S.r.l. in Segrate / Milan on Wednesday. After our T4 was there, Seniora Simona from reception immediately tried to answer our request. The customer service foreman, Karim, also took care of our bus directly. He found the fault very quickly: a tattered toothed belt. He indicated that the procurement of spare parts was difficult because the bus is already 26 years old. But the next day the green light was given, which means that the spare parts were already there. A day later, the car was repaired with the help of the company's senior, because here we could still fall back on his experience and knowledge of the special diesel engine. We were happy to receive our bus one day later and continue our vacation thanks to this excellent workshop. I have seldom seen such friendly people and competent workshop employees. I can only recommend this workshop to all travelers, but of course to the Italians themselves. And luckily: the repair costs (replacement of the toothed belt, crankshaft sprocket) were also relatively inexpensive. Italy has shown itself from the best side with this workshop, its owner and the staff. Thank you very much and keep it up!

Il personale di contatto è preparato e gentile. Abbiamo dovuto attendere 3 settimane la riparazione del vetro a causa di uno sciopero ma il lavoro è poi stato eseguito egregiamente.
The contact staff are knowledgeable and kind. We had to wait 3 weeks for the glass to be repaired due to a strike but the work was then done very well.

Nel 2019 il nostro storico service VW di fiducia chiude i battenti, e decidiamo, fra i tanti, di rivolgerci alla Segrawagen per la manutenzione delle due nostre datate, ma perfettamente efficienti, Golf. Nel 2020 ci rechiamo con la nostra Golf 4 per un banale cambio olio, e in quell'occasione ci troviamo bene. "Bene" per quanto bene ci si possa trovare vedendosi versare l'olio 0W-30 in un 1.6 SR. Ma sorvoliamo. Nel mese di gennaio 2022 perdiamo l'adattatore per svitare i bulloni antifurto della nostra Golf 5, e ci rechiamo per acquistare il ricambio, chiedendo celerità in quanto gli pneumatici dell'auto erano lisci, e senza l'adattatore è impossibile svitare i bulloni (e dunque le ruote per la sostituzione degli pneumatici) senza far danni. Contestualmente viene richiesta la stesura di un preventivo per lavorazioni di un certo rilievo, e, con gran sorriso, ci viene detto che l'auto è "vecchia" e che il preventivo ci sarebbe stato recapitato via mail il giorno dopo. Stizzitosamente contrariato, ma mostrando comunque il mio miglior sorriso, saluto e me ne vado. Sono passati cinquanta giorni, e tutto tace, il problema è già stato risolto da un'altra grande concessionaria alle porte di Milano, dove non hanno battuto ciglio né si sono sentiti declassati ad intervenire su un'auto di tredici anni. Anzi, mi è persino stato applicato un piacevole sconto. Mi sono trovato talmente bene da aver deciso di procedere con l'acquisto di una nuova Golf. Quanto alla Segrawagen, trovo un comportamento del genere inammissibile, oltre che deontologicamente scorretto. Cliente perso.
In 2019 our historic trusted VW service closes its doors, and we decide, among many others, to contact Segrawagen for the maintenance of our two dated, but perfectly efficient, Golfs. In 2020 we go with our Golf 4 for a trivial oil change, and on that occasion we are fine. "Good" as much as you can find yourself having 0W-30 oil poured into a 1.6 SR. But let's fly over. In January 2022 we lose the adapter to unscrew the anti-theft bolts of our Golf 5, and we go to buy the spare, asking for haste as the car tires were smooth, and without the adapter it is impossible to unscrew the bolts ( and therefore the wheels for tire replacement) without causing damage. At the same time, we are asked to draw up a quote for work of a certain importance, and, with a big smile, we are told that the car is "old" and that the quote would be sent to us by e-mail the next day. Angry annoyed, but still showing my best smile, I say goodbye and leave. Fifty days have passed, and everything is silent, the problem has already been solved by another large dealership on the outskirts of Milan, where they have neither flinched nor felt downgraded to intervene on a thirteen-year-old car. In fact, I even got a nice discount. I was so happy that I decided to proceed with the purchase of a new Golf. As for Segrawagen, I find such behavior inadmissible, as well as being ethically incorrect. Lost customer.
