M	MAHMOUD ABD EL-RAHMAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la macchina a vendere e prima di concludere ho espressamente chiesto se il bollo in scadenza fosse a carico mio e il venditore mi ha comunicato che non avrei dovuto pagarlo, un mese dopo l’ACI mi notifica il mancato pagamento e Classic car se ne lava le mani dicendomi di non pagare e che dopo 5 anni mi avrebbero cercato loro, morale 200€ di bollo a carico mio perché il venditore ha raccontato una bugia, visto che presentandomi in 5 sedi aci a Milano mi hanno confermato che non è possibile frazionare il bollo e che un venditore lo sa. Sconsigliato perché la vettura non è stata venduta al prezzo pattuito ma molto inferiore dopo varie pressioni da parte del concessionario, sconsiglio anche per la poca serietà nel dire che il bollo sarebbe passato in esenzione per l’annualità corrente ma viene messo per l’annualità successiva. Dopo svariati messaggi per trovare un accordo con pagamento a mio carico del 50% hanno comunque rifiutato di venire in contro alla mia legittima richiesta. I took the car to sell and before concluding I specifically asked if the expiring stamp duty was my responsibility and the seller informed me that I would not have to pay it, a month later the ACI notifies me of the non-payment and Classic car if washes my hands telling me not to pay and that after 5 years they would have looked for me, moral 200 € stamp duty at my expense because the seller told a lie, seeing that by showing up in 5 ACI offices in Milan they confirmed me that it is not possible to split the stamp and that a seller knows. Not recommended because the car was not sold at the agreed price but much lower after various pressure from the dealer, I also advise against the lack of seriousness in saying that the stamp would be exempt for the current annuity but is put on the next annuity . After several messages to find an agreement with a 50% payment against me, they still refused to meet my legitimate request.
