Sono veramente soddisfatto. Complimenti. very kind staff, well trained doctors I had a great time both with regard to physiatric problems, Tecar therapy, Physiotherapy, as regards the dental field. I did the tests in the morning (waiting a few minutes) and the result was sent to me by email at 6pm the same day. I advise!

Ritorno dal mio dentista dicendogli delle carie e mi ha risposto che potevo denunciarli per procurato allarme. Nessuna carie. Se li conosci, li eviti. I wanted to try for a teeth cleaning, cheating on my regular dentist. They found me 4 cavities to be treated with extreme urgency. I return to my dentist telling him about the cavities and he replied that I could report them for alarm. No tooth decay. If you know them, you avoid them.

Mi hanno dato appuntamento per l'ultimo giorno disponibile dicendomi il costo; ed io ho accettato. Nel frattempo disdico un altro appuntamento in quanto molto più lontano dalla mia abitazione. Questo succedeva al mattino. Al pomeriggio mi chiamano dicendomi che si erano sbagliati ed il costo non era quello comunicato ma più alto e che avrei dovuto pagare quest'ultimo. Faccio presente che io ho disdetto un altro appuntamento e che non riuscivo più a trovarne altri entro la data che mi interessava. Risposta: Lei è libero di andare dove vuole. Chi legge tragga le sue conclusioni. Non è per l'errore ma per il modo con cui è stato gestito. I booked a competitive visit (in Segrate), pointing out that I urgently needed to do it by a certain date. They gave me an appointment for the last available day, telling me the cost; and I accepted. In the meantime, I cancel another appointment as it is much further away from my home. This happened in the morning. In the afternoon they call me telling me that they were wrong and the cost was not the one communicated but higher and that I would have to pay the latter. I would like to point out that I canceled another appointment and that I could no longer find others by the date that interested me. Answer: You are free to go wherever you want. Readers draw their own conclusions. It is not the mistake but the way it was handled.

Avevo manifestato l’urgenza, ma il referto non era pronto nella data da loro comunicata e non mi davano una previsione di consegna. Al telefono sono state sempre vaghe e scocciate e se non sollecitavo non so quanto tempo sarebbe passato. I do not recommend it. The application of the holter (ECG 24h) caused my skin irritation. Unclear about information related to delivery of reports. I had expressed the urgency, but the report was not ready on the date they communicated and they did not give me a delivery forecast. On the phone they were always vague and annoyed and if I didn't ask for it I don't know how long it would be.
