★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuato due contratti con fibra più i vari pacchetti (netflix, dysney plus, dazn......), facendo anche la portabilità di quattro schede da altri gestori con tim unica tutto in fattura!
Per vendere si fanno in quattro, nel momento in cui ci sono problematiche, tra l altro generate dagli operatori dello stesso punto vendita (es. Iban inserito errato.... Scheda non associata a 10 € al mese, sembra che ci sia stato un disallineamento.... Comunque mi prendono 18 € mensili!) i quali si guardano bene dal risolvere cose che a loro dire non possono gestire. Il call center mi dice di vedermela con il punto vendita, il punto vendita mi dice di chiamare il call center perché loro non gestiscono i rimborsi (a mio avviso dovuto!). Fortuna che ho preferito fare il contratto in negozio anche spendendo qualcosina in più delle varie offerte online per evitare di avere 50 interlocutori (nella maggior parte dei casi non preparati) telefonici! Posso solo dire che l azienda è fatta di persone, e siete voi che dovreste fare la differenza anche e soprattutto nel post vendita! Questa vuole essere una critica costruttiva visto che reputo a livello empatico gli operatori del punto vendita bravi e preparati, quindi rinnovo la mia disponibilità alla risoluzione del problema.
Made two contracts with fiber plus the various packages (netflix, dysney plus, dazn ......), also making the portability of four cards from other operators with a single tim all in the invoice!
They go out of their way to sell, when there are problems, among other things generated by the operators of the same store (eg Iban entered incorrectly .... Card not associated with 10 € per month, it seems that there has been a misalignment .... However they take me 18 € per month!) which are careful not to solve things that they say they cannot manage. The call center tells me to deal with the point of sale, the point of sale tells me to call the call center because they don't handle refunds (in my opinion due!). Luckily I preferred to make the contract in the shop also by spending a little more than the various online offers to avoid having 50 telephone interlocutors (in most cases not prepared)! I can only say that the company is made up of people, and it is you who should make the difference also and above all in the after sales! This is intended as a constructive criticism since I empathically consider the store operators to be good and prepared, so I renew my willingness to solve the problem.
