Rude staff today at 3:30 pm I was not satisfied to fix my glasses even though I am their customer 2 minutes after Pietro's optician they fixed everything for me not being their customer ... I emphasize the salesman who was in the shop today cannot be in contact with the audience I speak as a merchant and artisan

Ho chiamato per chiedere se erano arrivati gli occhiali (già pagati in anticipo) mi è stato risposto che non avevano tempo di controllare e che dovevo aspettare una loro chiamata, ho pagato gli occhiali l'8 gennaio e sto ancora aspettando che abbiano tempo di controllare, questa sarà l'ultima volta che comprerò in questo negozio.
Bad experience in this shop. I called to ask if the glasses had arrived (already paid in advance) I was told that they didn't have time to check and that I had to wait for their call, I paid for the glasses on January 8th and I'm still waiting for them to have time to check , this will be the last time I will buy in this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso dire di essermi trovata bene.. occhiali ordinati il 28 febbraio e consegnati oggi.. dopo che mi era stato detto 7 giorni lavorativi .. torno a casa e noto che non sono state applicate le lenti sottilissimi graduate che avevo scelto ma delle lenti che escono addirittura dalla montatura.. cosa che avevo chiesto e detto più volte, mi era stato assicurato.. ma così non è stato.
Dispiaciuta tanto per le lenti.. ma per il prezzo pagato, attesa che non ne vale la pena... tanto ma tanto rammaricata.
Unica nota positiva la commessa sig.ra Maria molto ma molto gentile.
Unfortunately I cannot say that I was happy with it .. glasses ordered on February 28th and delivered today .. after I was told 7 working days .. I go home and notice that the very thin graduated lenses I had chosen have not been applied but some lenses that even come out of the frame .. which I had asked and said several times, I was assured .. but it was not.
So sorry for the lenses .. but for the price paid, waiting that is not worth it ... so much regretted.
The only positive note is the saleswoman Ms Maria very, very kind.
