★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ip personale e molto professionale e cordiale ma per quanto riguarda la puntualità negli appuntamenti di consegna del prodotto lasciatemelo scrivere: non avrei mai immaginato che per la produzione di un singolo prodotto ci volesse a così tanto tempo . A oggi a una settimana dal termine massimo del tempo di consegna ( avendo pagato pure in acconto l'intero importo ) mi vedo costretto a scrivere perché non soddisfatto. Anzi al sollecito fatto in settimana mi sento rispondere che se loro non mi chiamano e inutile che io sollecito perché è sottinteso che il prodotto non é pronto. Indosso occhiali da 42 anni ormai e ho avute diverse necessità di questi interventi ma non ho atteso mai tempi biblici...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibili e cortesi, ma a me hanno consigliato delle lenti progressive per niente funzionali, visto che l'ampiezza della zona a fuoco è ridottissima. Ad esempio, per leggere una frase, da un libro o al computer, devo riorientare la testa di continuo, altrimenti vedo sfocato. Il tutto a fronte di una spesa che non si dimentica. Un cliente che chiede consiglio merita di essere informato con professionalità.
