★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono 15 gg che provo a sostituire un joystick usato comprato da loro e la risposta è sempre la stessa :al momento non abbiamo nessun joystick disponibile riprova più in là.
Nonostante hanno preso il mio nominativo e numero di telefono non sono stato mai contattato. Praticamente dovrei stare dalla mattina alla sera davanti al negozio in attesa che rientri un joystick. Prima e ultima volta che compro qualcosa da loro.
I've been trying to replace a used joystick bought from them for 15 days and the answer is always the same: at the moment we don't have any joystick available, try again later.
Although they took my name and phone number, I was never contacted. Basically I would have to stand in front of the store from morning to night waiting for a joystick to return. First and last time I buy something from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozi ricco e fornito di ogni console giochi di tutte le Marche da ps4, ps5, xbox di varie serie, e anche nintendo switch, e con tutti gli eventuali giochi e accessori delle seguenti console, inoltre si può trovare tanto altro anche con l'usato sempre garantito dallo stesso negozio, i prezzi sono leggermente più costosi ma consiglio di visitare, ambiente accogliente con personale ben qualificato gentile e cortese

I would like to congratulate Tomas, a really courteous, nice guy who is always available to advise me and solve any problem. Every time I go to the shop if he isn't there I don't go in and go over again. Really compliments should be all shop assistants like him. Sales point of Città Sant'Angelo

Faccio la fila per poter acquistare e la ragazza mi risponde che siccome ha incassato20 Mila euro ( irrispettosa nei confronti dell' azienda semmai fosse vero nel divulgare dati di questo genere ) non può stare a perdere tempo con me che volevo semplicemente fare una foto per vedere se andasse bene il gioco da acquistare.
Oltre al fatto che mi ha sbattuto la porta del magazzino in faccia. Pessima

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andare in questo punto vendita è sempre un piacere: gente competente, cordiale, simpatica e sempre ultra disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Grande dettaglio nello spiegarti offerte e promozioni. Quando raramente ci sono problemi, ti avvisano prontamente e trovano sempre un modo per rimediare. Fossero cosi almeno la metà degli addetti alla vendita in Italia, il commercio andrebbe molto meglio. Stra-consigliati.
Going to this store is always a pleasure: competent, friendly, nice people and always ultra available to solve any problem. Great detail in explaining offers and promotions. When there are seldom problems, they alert you promptly and always find a way to fix it. If at least half of the sales staff in Italy were like this, the trade would be much better. Extra-recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo qualche ora da una recensione negativa sono stato contattato dal negozio per la sostituzione di un joystick che aspettavo da 15 gg.
Telefonicamente mi è stato detto che a causa della recensione una commessa ha ricevuto una lettera di richiamo e che quindi è stato di cattivo gusto, più precisamente; poco carino.
Recandomi al negozio e parlando sia con la commessa che mi ha telefonato ( signora brizzolata) e sia con il responsabile ( signore alto il quale non mi ha neanche voluto dire il suo nome) , entrambe hanno ricalcato la pessima recensione, ho preso il joystick, ho detto la mia, ma loro sono rimasti del loro parere.
Detto questo ho giudicato il loro comportamento molto sgradevole e poco professionale.
After a few hours from a negative review, I was contacted by the shop for the replacement of a joystick that I had been waiting for for 15 days.
Over the phone I was told that due to the review a saleswoman received a warning letter and that therefore it was in bad taste, more precisely; little cute.
Going to the shop and talking to both the saleswoman who phoned me (grizzled lady) and the manager (tall gentleman who didn't even want to tell me his name), both of them went over the bad review, I took the joystick, I said mine, but they remained of their opinion.
Having said that, I found their behavior very unpleasant and unprofessional.
