★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi Google mi ha "chiesto" se fossi stata in questo punto vendita ed eventualmente di condividere la mia esperienza. Normalmente non lo faccio, ma ci tengo a fare i miei complimenti a chi gestisce questo negozio, anche solo per la disponibilità nell'assistere un cliente, pazienza che a oggi hanno ben pochi. E non da meno conto, si vede quando una persona lavora con passione e pertanto si è sicuri di non "essere fregati". Tornerò in questo negozio per future necessità.
Today Google "asked" me if I had been to this store and possibly to share my experience. Normally I do not, but I want to congratulate those who manage this shop, even if only for being available to assist a customer, patience that today has very few. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella al punto vendita di Montesilvano Espansione2. La commessa che mi ha servito 30 mesi fa, mi aveva assicurato che alla fine del contratto( con acquisto del cellulare,) non avrei dovuto pagare maxi rate e che quella prevista da contratto sarebbe stata stornata automaticamente da una nota di credito. Oggi è terminato il contratto e dovrò pagare la maxi rata senza storno alcuno. In negozio mi hanno detto che si è trattata sicuramente di una svista della commessa che non lavora neanche più da loro. Morale: devo pagare!!
A star at the Montesilvano Expansion2 store. The saleswoman who served me 30 months ago had assured me that at the end of the contract (with the purchase of the mobile phone) I would not have to pay maxi installments and that the one foreseen by the contract would be automatically canceled from a credit note. Today the contract ended and I will have to pay the maxi installment without any cancellation. In the shop they told me that it was certainly an oversight of the saleswoman who doesn't even work for them anymore. Moral: I have to pay !!

Ho avuto spesso a che fare con commessi di negozi di telefonia e tecnologia, ma non mi sono mai trovato a parlare con una persona così preparata, competente, cordiale e simpatica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilmente scrivo recensioni dopo acquisti in negozi o punti vendita ma quando chi lavora dentro ha assolutamente una marcia in più in cortesia,dialogo,competenza e soprattutto operatività deve essere consigliata in ogni maniera.
Cuore passione e sudore nel lavoro oggi sono un valore aggiunto in qualunque tipo di attività e ne decretano anche le rispettive fortune e quando una persona da sola gestisce un punto vendita come fa Federica dovete solo fidarvi!!!!
