★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì al mare mi si è rotto il display del mio iPhone 7 e si è danneggiata anche la fotocamera frontale; girando su internet alla ricerca di un ottimo negozio in cui riparare l'iPhone mi è apparsa clinica iPhone San Benedetto che sta vicino dove abito io e ieri alle 14 ci sono andata. Ore 14:10 preventivo, ore 14:30 telefono pronto!!!
Io non so come ringraziarvi X la celerità e l'efficienza e la qualità del servizio che offrite!!!! Complimenti vivissimi a tutto lo staff super preparato in tema! Grazie di cuore X non avermi fatto stare neanche 24h senza iPhone che come ben sappiamo nelle altre catene lo tengono almeno 2/3 giorni se non di più....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti, all'Iphone di mia figlia che aveva preso un po' d'acqua di piscina mi ha detto che aveva intaccato la scheda madre ed il touch, mi aveva chiesto 250 € x ripararlo ma non sapeva se la riparazione sarebbe durata nel tempo perché secondo lui l'acqua aveva intaccato la scheda madre e mi ha vivamente sconsigliata di recarmi presso l'Apple in quanto mi avrebbero tolto tanti soldi.
Per fortuna non l'ho lasciato, l'ho portato a Bari da amici che riparano Iphone che mi hanno consigliata di portarlo all'Apple perché questi tipi di telefoni hanno la caratteristica di essere resistenti all'acqua.
Ringrazio loro perché in un giorno il centro Apple me lo ha riparato senza nemmeno un soldo, mi hanno sostituito il display, perché era ancora in garanzia.
Diffidate da questi centri.

Sono tornato tre volte e provato circa 7 schermi diversi pagando solo il servizio richiesto senza considerare il tempo occupato per aprire e richiudere il telefono, addirittura scusandosi per avermi fatto perdere tutto questo tempo per risolvere la problematica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi cade il telefono; linea verde su un lato che mi impedisce anche di sbloccarlo in quanto il touch non funziona nella parte bassa dello schermo. Mi propongono di sostituire lo schermo scegliendo tra originale o non, scelgo l’Apple al costo di 199 euro. Appena inizio ad usare il telefono, mi accorgo di alcuni malfunzionamenti: scrollando le pagine, il telefono seleziona il testo, mi é impossibile accendere torcia e accedere alla telecamera dai due tasti in basso a telefono bloccato. Impossibilitata a recarmi immediatamente al negozio poiché posta in isolamento, attendo due settimane. All’improvviso, all’ennesimo tentativo di attivare la fotocamera a telefono bloccato mi appare una striscia viola verticale che poco dopo scompare per poi riapparire e non lasciarmi più. Mi reco in negozio e sperimento una scarsa inclinazione all’ascolto; infatti, il professionista non appena vede la striscia viola imputa ad una nuova caduta il malfunzionamento e non mi permette di spiegare che quella striscia é apparsa sotto i miei occhi senza alcun urto. Ora, visto il rifiuto di ascoltare le mie ragioni, mi chiedo: 1) ma a me chi mi dimostra che lo schermo sostituito fosse originale? D’altronde mi é stato rilasciato uno scontrino con su scritto « riparazioni »2) a questo punto chi mi dice che lo schermo sia stato sostituito???? Il professionista ha operato dietro un bancone oltre il quale era impossibile guardare!!! La fiducia va conquistata dandola! La stellina la regalo perché il professionista mi ha regalato la pellicola che adesso proteggerà il mio schermo malfunzionante. Grazie!!!!!!
