There is a good place to sit and relax. There are benches in each direction and stone steps at the entrance of the cathedral.
It is a place of peace and leisure.

The St. Peter Abbey Church is an impressive Romanesque building. The facade is already fascinating, also inside the drum. Unfortunately there are very few monks left in the attached monastery

β β β β β Altra chiesa molto bella, in una piazzetta tranquilla di Assisi con un meraviglioso panorama sulle colline umbre. Suggestiva e semplice al suo interno, silenziosa nel tardo pomeriggio tanto da consigliare questo orario se si desiderano attimi di pace e raccoglimento. Pulizia e manutenzione benissimo entrambi.
Another very beautiful church, in a quiet square of Assisi with a wonderful view of the Umbrian hills. Charming and simple inside, silent in the late afternoon much to recommend this time if you want peace and moments of recollection. Very good cleaning and maintenance both.
