★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel tranquillo, vicinissimo al parcheggio Giovanni Paolo II, dove si ferma anche l'autobus che collega con la stazione Santa M. Degli Angeli. Con una breve passeggiata si arriva alla Basilica di S. Francesco. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Le signore che servono la colazione simpatiche e professionali, nel rispetto delle normative anti covid. Consiglio con piacere a chi vuole visitare Assisi.
Quiet hotel, very close to the Giovanni Paolo II car park, where the bus that connects with the Santa M. Degli Angeli station also stops. With a short walk you arrive at the Basilica of S. Francesco. Very friendly and helpful staff. The ladies who serve the breakfast nice and professional, in compliance with anti-covid regulations. I recommend with pleasure to those who want to visit Assisi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo tramite Booking, avevamo delle richieste e abbiamo ricevuto le risposte molto velocemente, il personale è veramente gentile e cordiale nei confronti dei clienti, le camere sono molto semplici ma spaziose e pulite, dotate di climatizzatore e televisione. La nostra camera in particolare godeva di una vista spettacolare. Il letto non era comodissimo, ma credo sia una questione personale.
We booked well in advance through Booking, we had requests and we received answers very quickly, the staff is really kind and friendly towards customers, the rooms are very simple but spacious and clean, equipped with air conditioning and television. Our room in particular had a spectacular view. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but I think it's a personal matter.

Gute Lage am Stadtrand, jedoch muss man 10 Minuten zum Stadtplatz gehen, aber Souvenirgeschäfte und Eisdielen gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt, der Nachtschicht mangelt es leider an Englischkenntnissen.
Very friendly staff, excellent food for this price range! Good location on the outskirts, however you have to walk 10 minutes to the town square, but there are also souvenir shops and ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity. Reception manned 24 hours a day, the night shift unfortunately lacks English skills.
