★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Il mio honor 9 doveva essere riparato in due ore (schermo rotto) invece l'ho riavuto dopo un mese e mezzo! Dopo varie peripezie (è stato mandato all'assistenza Huawei perché dopo 20 giorni il titolare era riuscito a rimontare lo schermo ma aveva danneggiato il telefono, che componeva numeri da solo) alla mia domanda, sicuramente concitata, se fosse giusto il pagamento di quel servizio mi sono sentita dare della maleducata e dire che la colpa era mia che avevo comprato un telefono cinese! E che il danno per il quale aveva mandato il telefono in assistenza l'avevo causato io rompendo lo schermo (quando io ho usato per giorni il telefono anche con lo schermo rotto)
Bad experience. My honor 9 had to be repaired in two hours (broken screen) but I got it back after a month and a half! After various vicissitudes (he was sent to Huawei assistance because after 20 days the owner had managed to reassemble the screen but had damaged the phone, which dialed numbers by himself) to my question, certainly excited, if it was right to pay for that service I felt rude and said that it was my fault that I had bought a Chinese phone! And that the damage he had sent the phone to for assistance had caused me by breaking the screen (when I used the phone for days even with the screen broken)

Due mesi per un semplice schermo da sostituire e me lo riconsegnano dicendo che è un problema mio , lo chiami per chiedere spiegazioni e le minacce che nn lo devo più chiamare volano .... costretto a portare ad un centro specializzato per quantificare i danni da loro fatti ... vediamo come va a finire .... non andate da loro .... per il bene del vostro dispositivo

Two months for a simple screen to replace and give it back to me saying it's a problem of mine, call it to ask for explanations and the threats that I no longer have to call it flying .... forced to take it to a specialized center to quantify the damage from their facts ... let's see how it ends ... don't go to them .... for the sake of your device
