★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile pubblicizzare notebook ad un prezzo sia sui volantini sia in negozio e poi te lo vendono ad un prezzo maggiorato (29,99 per la precisione) spacciando la maggiorazione per un servizio di installazione programmi (generalmente già tutti presenti alla prima installazione del sistema operativo, essendo ovviamente tutti gratuiti) senza parlare dell'asfissiante proposta di altri prodotti (office, antivirus, assicurazione, ecc...). Se non potete permettervi promozioni e sconti, non li fate ma non prendete in giro i clienti che perdono tempo e denaro per venire in negozio, attirati da prezzi non reali. Sicuramente sono direttive aziendali, ma poi non ci lamentiamo se l'utente si rivolge sempre di più sul web, almeno lì si ha contezza di quello che devi realmente pagare.

Qui a Mediaworld invece, stavolta ( perché le altre non è andata così anzi mi sono trovata malissimo) ho trovato un ragazzo, Yuri, davvero professionale e gentile.
Una persona che ha saputo rispondere alle nostre domande con cortesia, chiarezza e davvero tanta gentilezza.
Stesso trattamento alla cassa con la signora Monica ( i nomi li ho semplicemente letti sulla maglia) che, nonostante fosse a fine serata, ci ha trattato senza metterci fretta e con gentilezza.

Here at Mediaworld, on the other hand, this time (because the others didn't go that way, in fact I found myself very badly) I found a guy, Yuri, really professional and kind.
A person who was able to answer our questions with courtesy, clarity and really a lot of kindness.
Same treatment at the cash desk with Mrs. Monica (I simply read the names on the shirt) who, despite being at the end of the evening, treated us without hurrying and with kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato dal black Friday un forno a microonde (ergo non pagatoe portato a casa nello stesso momento)ed arrivato in negozio così, sballato oggi: dopo passerò in negozio. Mediaworld si conferma anche per un cliente seriale come il sottoscritto assolutamente inaffidabile per gli acquisti che comportino l'ordine del prodotto in negozio (immagino per quelli acquistati online cosa succeda). Faccio il magazziniere come lavoro e NON scartare un collo caduto di un prodotto così delicato è da cani! Oggi mi sentite
Ordered a microwave oven from Black Friday (ergo unpaid and brought home at the same time) and arrived in the store like this, busted today: afterwards I will go to the store. Mediaworld is also confirmed for a serial customer like myself absolutely unreliable for purchases that involve ordering the product in the store (I imagine what happens for those purchased online).
