★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penoso! I "salesmans" (poco professionali) provano a farti firmare un contratto e se non lo leggi viene attivata una promozione di 1,99 €/mese. Segnalato il problema, hanno detto che l' avrebbero (confermandolo a fine contratto) disattivato. Ed invece oggi è arrivato l'sms che la promozione è attiva.
Inoltre, mi hanno chiesto se avessi voluto un controllo della copertura di rete fissa (dato che ero interessato) e qualche giorno dopo è venuto il tecnico con modem per l'installazione e attivazione dell'impianto (servizio non richiesto) e se non avessi comunicato il motivo della visita il tecnico avrebbe attivato la rete senza il mio consenso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusa dal bagaglino sono tornata dopo una setta per inserire numero nuovo mi ha risposto che non poteva in quel momento dove aspettare ancora ,mi aveva detto di tornare dopo 3 giorni ,sono tornata dopo 6 giorni ,la ragazza mi ha risposto che dovevo tornare ancora ,mi sono recata presso centro TIM e mi hanno riferito che la ragazza mancava per competenza non era la prima volta che succedeva ,e che avrebbero provveduto a richiedere un provvedimento nei suoi confronti.Io non ho più voluto e ho rinunciato recandomi in un altro negozio.
