Innanzitutto ci ha risolto un problema che in altri 3 negozi non riuscivano a risolvere, dopodiché abbiamo sottoscritto un contratto per internet a casa e acquistato uno smartphone.
Davvero molto preparato e paziente. Ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli, si vede che ha passione. Bravissimo. Diventerà questo il nostro negozio di riferimento.

First of all, he solved a problem that in 3 other stores they could not solve, then we signed a contract for the internet at home and bought a smartphone.
Really very prepared and patient. He explained everything to us in the smallest detail, it is clear that he has passion. Excellent. This will become our reference store.

I complimenti vanno a tutto lo staff.. davvero ragazzi educati, simpatici e soprattutto preparati. In particolare il ragazzo con cui abbiamo fatto il contratto di casa che si chiama Ugo.
Devo davvero fare i complimenti a questo ragazzo, perché ammetto che se non fosse stato per la sua disponibilità e per il suo modo di spiegare le cose, il contratto l'avremmo fatto online.

The compliments go to all the staff .. really polite, nice and above all prepared guys. In particular the guy with whom we made the house contract called Ugo.
I really have to congratulate this guy, because I admit that if it wasn't for his availability and his way of explaining things, we would have done the contract online.

Sell broken phone and dont want change this.
I buy my phone but doesnt working propertly. I want change for anything else. He said my hw dont have a phone in store- it is joke- big store dont have a phone!!! Please people dont buy phone in this store if you dont want lost your money. Maria
